We did not like the overall cleanliness, the pillows and matras smelled funky with the unexpected bed bugs, there was a heap of dead ants behind the nightstand and the fridge was dirty. If you stay in room 2 and you see a stained ikea mattress then they have not replaced them and you are warned. Bring your earplugs, the doors are not sound blocking, so at night you will hear the bats, you’re in the forest after all. Early in the morning you will be waken by the lovely sounds of the breakfast being prepared and served. Expect nothing from the wifi, 56kb is the max. Like others have mentioned a car is required to reach the property. Walking is not an option, even by car it is a 4 minute rollercoaster ride with steep inclines. The waterfall is at walkable distance. Worth mentioning do not expect many restaurants or take away places in this area. The manager did not inform us about maintenance work, the deck was varnished and our room smelled of it all night. Lastly there was a total lack of empathy regarding the bed bugs.

We booked 2 nights in advance a room at the Waterfall accommodation. One day before we had to go, the owner cancelled our room ! she sent me a message and after I could not speak to her on the phone. So we went there , but we could not get in touch with the owner, there was an employee who did not know anything about the situation. a real scandal ! If you do not want to have the same situation .. do not book there !

Terrible experience. We went to celebrate a birthday and we were the victim of a robbery while we were sleeping in the room, they entered and robbed us. When we woke up and realized it, we called the owner and the staff, and they came within 2 hours of calling them. The police arrived first, telling us that it wasn't the first time it had happened. When the owner finally appeared, she said that we had to check carefully, that this had never happened and accused us of self-theft. That the policy of the guess house is not to take responsibility for any theft. Defending themselves and accusing us of having been robbed. We were not refunded the money for the stay and nobody make an apologize. The owner left after the police left as if nothing had happened, with a really bad attitude. The rooms are not safe. And the cameras don't work. There is no security gay. In the bedrooms no soap available. And the sheets and towels really old. The cleanning was not good. And the staff very rude. No costumer service!

We decided family and friends to celebrate my 56th birthday in a different environment...and it was the most terrible thing that has happened to me in 56 years...dirty place...everything old and deteriorated, no soap...no absolute security, no cameras... (they are but disconnected????) a single person takes care of the place at night and his shift ends at 6.30 pm... it means that at night there is no one although that person sleeps in the hotel but he does not have not a shred of responsibility...they stole our money...and a few belongings...they entered the room while we were sleeping...it all ended with a police call and the owner, who by the way, we tried to contact her and she never answered the phone. After an hour and a half she appeared, we were mistreated by her, she saw us as the culprits, very offensive when we were the victims. The workers do not even communicate with each other...and I say this because the girl who served us at breakfast did not know what had happened...the person who takes care of the hotel who was the one who received us, his first word of welcome was you will pay by card. or cash and after the event he didn't even flinch, we were the ones who called the police, that same person gave us the key and didn't explain anything to us and another of the friends who accompanied us didn't even give the key they slept with the room open in short, it was the worst of the worst. Many Thanks to the police, they came immediately and did their job very professionally. Seychelles has beautiful places and very professional people running this type of business... I have been living here for 7 years and I have never seen anything like this... I don't recommend it to anyone because after talking to many friends they tell us about the robberies there place are frequent... and it seems that its owner is not interested because she has not yet connected the cameras?????

Nous avons passé une nuit pour nos vacances aux Seychelles dans ce logement. Au premier abord, nous avons été bluffé par le charme du lieu, de l’extérieur en pleine nature avec sa piscine et de la chambre très spacieuse. En y prêtant plus attention, l’établissement demande à être rafraîchi (transat cassé, literie inconfortable, carreaux de la piscine cassés, pas de serviettes de piscine, piscine sale …). Le petit déjeuner est à oublier, le temps d’attente beaucoup trop long et il fallait tout demander si on ne voulait pas juste avoir un oeuf et une knacki qui de battent en duel (après avoir réclamé, nous avons eu une assiette de fruits en plus). Personnel peu accueillant, peu attentionné et peu réactif, et pour certains pas professionnel (tout le temps sur son téléphone en haut-parleur et en visio à nous filmer en train de nous baigner dans la piscine). Le but n’étant pas dénigrer cet établissement qui a un réel potentiel, mais malheureusement le service n’est pas à la hauteur du lieu.

Нахождение отеля в лесу и полное погружение в природный антураж перекрывают все небольшие неудобства , которые описывают люди в своих фидбэках. Да не предоставляют тюбики с гелями, да проблемка с розетками и комарами , нет шведского стола , но это все решаемо . Зато бонусом вы получаете джунгли 360• и звуки природы 24/7. Что еще нужно для счастья ?! Персонал доброжелательный. Жили на вилле двумя парами - это прекрасный отельный дом , с огромной террасой (там была кровать длЯ отдыха и обеденный гарнитур) , двумя спальнями , ванными комнатами и большой гостиной с кухней . Готовили самостоятельно, все для этого было . Очень были довольны холодильником с ледогенератором ! Брали прям с аэропорта машину в аренду на все дни , поэтому не испытали дискомфорта с подъемами к отелю . В общем мы очень довольны , место прекрасное , рядом симпатичные пляжи . Вернёмся еще раз сюда , если когда то решим вернутся на Сейшелы )))

התארחנו במלון זה בין ה19-22 לאפריל 2022, המלון יפה ונקי אך השירות בו גרוע ביותר נגנבנו לנו מהמלון 650 דולר בוודאות וזה משהו שלא קרה לנו בשום מקום אחר בעולם!
בנוסף המלון אומנם יפה ונקי אך מאוד מרוחק מהכביש הראשי, כשהגענו למלון לא היה ניתן לקנות מים, חטיפים או בירה, מילא בירה אך לא יכול להיות מצב שהמלון נמצא במרחק של 20 דקות הליכה(בדרך מאוד לא פשוטה) מהסופרמרקט הכי קרוב ולא ניתן אפילו לשתות מים
בנוסף האחראי ממש לא יודע להתנהל מול תיירים, שפת הגוף שלו, הגישה שלו ממש לא ייצוגית
בנוסף המזרן מאוד דק וממש מרגישים שישנים על עץ
הבטחה גדולה שהסתיימה באכזבה גדולה
