Went here on our honeymoon. Stayed for 7 days. The location is great as it is out of beau vallon. The stay overall was let down by several things. The first was the availability of the snorkel that are advertised as being available for guest use, we asked to use them on the second day but they were unavailable until...

I've never stayed here but am a regular visitor to the bar for cocktails at sunset perched above the Indian Ocean where you can drop in bread for the coral fish, rays and small sharks to swim around you. The setting and sunset is brilliant. The beach and sea is great for a sunset swim too and there are lots...

The only saving grace to this place, the view and location is breath taking. It is a little piece of paradise which is made very uncomfortable by the staff and the ram shackled maintenance. The view from the beach, bar and room is mind blowing. They have a private cove with slightly fierce water compared to the west coast of...

We have read many reviews before booking this hotel. Still, we wanted to give it a try. We stayed here for 2 weeks, during Christmas 2016 and New Year's Eve. The place itself and the beach are really beautiful. I would say it is the most beautiful beach on the whole Mahe island. We booked a Junior Suite, as it...

Good location, that's it. This was the colour of my bath. I have been told it was normal. Very very worn out hotel. Half of the staff couldn't care less and seems bored. The other half was nice. They are actually about to shut down the hotel and rebuild it.

We booked a separate villa there. I personally spoke with representative and warned that we need villa, not rooms in hotel. But when we arrived we got a surprise - our booked villa was occupied. We got apology from stuff and explanation that "there were more important guests ( owner's friends ? ) than us". So, place itself is amazing,...

Creole style buffet. A whole grilled red snapper (bourgeois), freshly cooked tuna steak and a nice citrussy mango salad is what you look for to eat in the Seychelles. Also to add: A wonderful view and the bar overlooking the beach where you can admire a shoal of fish swimming at night.

This place could be amazing. It has all the right ingredients; wonderful location, super beach, fantastic snorkelling, sunset views, charming outdoor bar, lovely staff (some but not all). Through lack of investment and imagination it's ended up looking tired, worn out and a little bit jaded. It's disappointing to see reviews of the plastic covers on the thatched roof back...

On the second day of our stay we found a dead rat in the room. We did not receive any compensation nor at least any apology from the hotel. All in all the hotel was badly worn, including flaking paint and holes in the furniture. The only good thing is the hotel's great beach from which you can snorkel and...
