Although the rooms are tented please don't be fooled into thinking of UK type tents, far from it. All rooms are idyllically set to have panoramic views across Lake Manyara. It really is very beautiful. There is no air conditioning in the rooms but the bathrooms and room are well equipped. We didn't miss the air con as the temperature...

This tented camp is beautiful located on a hill overlooking lake Manyara. The road leading to the camp is a bit bumpy but worth the bumps. The tents are huge and you have enough privacy. They are clean and the bathroom is open and spacious. Food is a bit above oké but not brilliant but the staff is friendly and...

Stayed here on the first full night of our safari after visiting Tarangire national park and as a one night stopover on our way to the Serengeti. Great location, great tents and stunning views from both the tents and the bar. Would highly recommend to you

We stayed here one night for our safari in Lake Manyara. The room/tent is lovely and you have lots of space. Also there is warm water and electricity all the time. The view from the rooms are stunning, you can see the whole national park. We don't have a second of regret!

About 8km from the national park gate of which 6.6km is along a bone-shakingly rough road. Individual tented cabins with mosquito nets, verandah and your own bit of bush. Separate bar with nice view and restaurant overlooking fig tree that attracts a variety of small mammals and birds. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all good. Wi fi reception only available...

We stayed one night here, it was so beautifully located. Having massage, excellent food and campfire after a long Safari day was great. They offered even botanical walk in the morning, which was interesting.

we were one of about 3 groups of guests at this lodge so it was very quiet. everything about it, from the welcome, to the room, and the food was amazing. our room was out of this world. twin shower, outside shower, huge bath - we were spoiled for choice! we spent some time next to the pool before heading...

Beautiful lodge on top of the escarpment looking out at the Rift valley and Lake Manyara. The bar is like being in a treehouse. Excellent meals and wonderful staff. Loved the combination of canvas tent with stone and tiled bathrooms.

We stayed here twice and both times we had a place with beautiful views of the valley below. This place is much more than a tented camp; the rooms may have canvas walls but the door frames are wooden and the rooms have beautiful bathrooms and excellent plumbing (continuous hot water at great pressure). There is a very comfortable restaurant...

This place is not worth price nor the experience..... infested with bugs and mosquitoes and run down & WIFI not existent & check out horrible. The rooms are very run down with mosquito nets having holes and the bathroom are run down. The views for the rooms along the rim of the hill are awesome but does not make up...
