We stayed here as part of our Safari tour. What a surprise this lodge was. A first class lodge if ever there was one. It is located on the edge of the Great Riff Valley with spectacular views. Everything about it was wonderful from the rooms, the views, the infinity pool and the staff. The meals were buffet with a...

This is the most amazing hotel I've ever stayed in. The views are breath taking and i could have stayed here forever. There are monkeys wandering around the hotel grounds which were great to watch with a few beers. Make sure your door is locked, they can work the handles! Food was good and staff lovely. Wifi was available. Only...

This was a first-class hotel from the architecture to the infinity pool, to the cocktail lounge to the restaurant. We had a great stay in the middle of safari and we both had a great night's sleep. The food was wonderful and the service even better. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Me and my two teenage kids spent one night at this hotel. I have read some of the reviews, especially those who rate low. Our Tanzania adventure was not inexpensive, but all the same, it is Tanzania and Africa, thus I "adjust" my expectations are accordingly. I think I spend above average number of days in hotels per year than...

We stayed here at the end of our safari for two nights. The view from our room was very good - over the pool and lake in the distance. The food was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Beware of close encounters with baboons who also like to have a drink from the pool. I had a...

This was our 1st safari lodge, my only comment was there were no tea/coffee making facilities, but this was the only lodge that we stayed in that did not have them. Rooms were fantastic, the view is to die for, infinity pool overlooking the nature reserve, you do have to share it with a family of baboons though, meals were...

Really lovely room with quality wooden furniture, great views, amazing live entertainment (acrobats, music and dance). Great place for baboons and usually for flamingos, though the flamingos had gone elsewhere at the time we were there... Large room with quality fittings. Recommended.

Rooms, service and location all excellent. Restaurant food also very good. But the location makes this a unique and special place to stay. Views from the gardens and from the infinity pool were stunning. Ideal for a visit to the Lake Manyara National Park.

Enjoyed our first night stop. Negatives: Hole in the mosquito nets, did report to staff. No tea/coffee in room. Positives: Location, very picturesque! You can do nature walks and other activities from this lodge, although we did not have time to try them out. Pool was great with a fantastic view, and views from the rooms good. We enjoyed a...

After driving from Arusha, viewing the most awesome amount of game we booked into the lodge, again all pre organized, our room was large, with a huge double bed and glorious views overlooking the manyara scenery. Most people headed straight for the beautiful infinity pool, but I headed straight to the masseuse on the premises, to indulge in an hour...
