Believe everything you read about this place, it is truly the most amazing place. We were a family group of six celebrating four milestone birthdays ranging from 18 to 50 and wanted something really special, we were not disappointed! The accommodation and surroundings are incredible and the level of service unparalleled by any safari experience we had experienced before. Hamsa...

From the moment that we were met from the dusty airstrip, we were all enthralled. Our children, aged 15, 13 and 10 loved every minute, the drives, the animals around the camp at night, the fishing, and the camp pool to cool off in during the afternoon. Our fabulous guide and camp manager, Hamsa, tailored our days to suit us,...

We were a family group of 7 - children aged 10, 13 & 15; their parents and grandparents. We had exclusive use of the Lodge and stayed for 4 nights. The facilities were amazing; very comfortable accommodation in Bandas, open sided, with stunning views and individual plunge pools - as well as very efficient hot showers. The food was of...

We stayed at this lodge on the last leg of our 2 week safari in Tanzania and it was a great way to end the trip. The staff was amazing (like all the Nomad locations). Hamza was our camp manager and guide and we truly enjoyed him, his immense knowledge and his very kind personality. All of the staff was...

We've just returned from an unbeatable Safari, staying in Kiba Point Safari Lodge in the Selous Game Reserve for New Years Eve. With 4 Bandas, including one family banda, the accommodation was spacious and perfect for our group, consisting of two families (6 adults and 2 children). Kiba Point is perfectly situated along the river; and simultaneously stylish and understated...

Our group of 8 just flew from an incredible safari over at Ruaha National Park. Our Cessna flew from one dirt airstrip to the Sand Rivers dirt airstrip. Our pilot did a low pass over the strip to scare away any animals that might be on the runway. Then we did a u turn and landed. The airport facilities consisted...

We stayed as a family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers in Kiba point for 4 nights in July. Having initially looked for a "real " Safari experience, we had looked to book sands river lodge, but were offered the exclusive use of its sister property Kiba Point. Initially we were concerned about being the only people in the lodge,...

After a harrowingly long flight, Kiba Point is like stepping into heaven. The amenities are beyond any hopes or expectations I had and the staff are attentive, kind, and good natured. The views from the lodge and private rooms were breathtaking, and there are multitudes of activities available. This is the ultimate Safari destination, with game drives, boat rides, and...

Kiba Point is special in many ways - it's exclusivity, it's location on the edge of the river, the quality of the staff, the range of activities and the personalised programme. Our guide, Hamza, was highly knowledgeable, personable, very generous with his time and had our interests at heart throughout. The fly camping was an experience not to be missed...

We booked a safari holiday to Tanzania with another couple, close friends of ours and were amazed to be offered accommodation at Kiba point. Fantastic experience, beautiful suites, open to three sides, just a mosi net around the huge bed. There were a few Mosis and Tsetse flies around, but not a major problem. Each suite has it's own plunge...
