The hotel is well structured, good facilities and the location is perfect for someone wishing to combine holiday and pleasure. It is only 15 minutes from the Stone Town and offers perfect family gate away and there is perfect facilities for doing your meetings while at the hotel. The WiFi connection is good, the swimming pool is well positioned. You can’t swim from the ocean from this location but you can easily arrange for diving trips, dolphin tours and other excavation activities. One of the best facilities in Zanzibar town.

The hotel is Pathetic and would definitely never go back. The value for money is totally not worth it. You cant expect all 100 rooms to share that small pool and no beach access at all. Starting from the reception while checking in. They screwed up my rooms. The hotel is robbing customers by giving them ground floor and 1st floor rooms and calling it sea view when no view is available. The electrical items in the rooms don't work at all despite of the electrician coming after the guest has checked in which is totally unethical while the hotel is supposed to ensure everything is in working condition before a guest checks in. The breakfast is rubbish and the service at the restaurant is unacceptable. They cant even make a proper cappuccino. This hotel is a joke. They are just selling its name. I must comment on Sunni - The so called General Manger for being a coward and not standing up for the hotel despite of receiving my complains. This is the type of staff that they hire. There is more to say but it will be announced in other media ways.

i've been to this hotel 3 times for job , the hotel is new, but without details, the staff isn't professional, the crystals from all the common areas, they're dirty as chairs, we ordered to eat out of the letter because the buffet you had to be ready at 12:00 13 was still empty, we ordered a fruit basket and we got a plate and paid the basket!!!!! we're both allergic to the Cats. (We found their hair all over the room and in the balcony chairs) terrible for us i forgot a dress hanging behind the bathroom door (a dress made up by a very expensive designer who gave me at Christmas my husband) I've been asking for every way to look for him, I called so many times, I had to go back there trying to reach a manager (, they only looked for lost objects and, or they found “ I asked for more neighbour to the staff because my dress was there!, but never, never did! the unfortunate attitude in a hotel is very unfortunate: five stars are allegedly lacking professionalism and attention in all respects! or I'll come back of course and food, better go out and eat a lot better anywhere on the street

I stayed with the hotel 2x already. The hotel staff were really very nice and helpful when it comes to calling for a taxi, reheating food for you, and overall taking care of their guest. Maybe, they just need to attend more to phone calls most especially the in room dining :) but overall the stay was great
