We stayed here for the last three nights and found the whole experience fantastic. Karen was a superb hostess and couldn't do enough for us. Good clean comfortable bedroom and great breakfast. Karen lit the log burner in the living room for when we returned in the evenings which was really nice after a day out in the wind. Karen...

This is a beautifully presented B&B where everything is done to the highest standard. The setting, amidst gardens and down the road from the hamlet of Guyzance near a bend in the river, is lovely. The rooms are extremely tastefully decorated, comfortable, and spotless. The breakfasts are excellent, with an abundant variety of items, and Karen is very helpful. Our...

We stayed at Mill House for 3 nights w/c 19th September and absolutely loved it – we will be back. This is a wonderful place to stay, there is an attention to detail that’s really noticeable. We had the downstairs room which was comfortable, beautifully furnished and had everything you could need. In addition there is a lovely shared lounge...

A truly lovely place by the river Coquet in Guyzance Nothumberland. A wonderful hostess couldn't do enough for you. A great breakfast that set you up for the day. A very warm homely feel with lovely gardens to sit in with plenty of wildlife around. Only downside was that two nights wasn't enough so will definitely return to enjoy it...

We stayed here for one night while walking St Oswald's Way. Guyzance is a little off the route, but well worth the slight detour. We had a lovely large double room with a large separate bathroom and the use of a residents lounge. All in a beautifully restored old house. If we can think of an excuse to return to...

This isn't just a B & B, it's a home from home - and what a home. Mill House is decorated and furnished to a standard many people would be envious of, Karen clearly had an eye for detail when determining the decor for the accommodation. We went there with two friends of ours with a view to using it...

Spent a couple of nights at Mill House for our first visit to Northumberland & cannot speak highly enough about the accommodation and service received. Beautifully fitted out and topped off by an English breakfast which keeps you going all day, there is nothing to criticise. Indeed, nothing is too much trouble for Karen - from directions & advice on...

The hostess with the mostest! That's one way to sum up Karen. Friendly, welcoming us to her pride and joy, Mill House. Fabulous old stone house with several lovely outdoor sitting areas to catch some sunshine. We arrived and were welcomed with a beautiful tray of tea and homemade cake. Guided around the property by Karen and shown to our...

lovely place, quiet location, great hostess, fantastic attention to detail, best B&B we have ever stayed in. Karen, keeps a B&B that would put most 5 star hotels to shame, she is knowledgably about the area, and can give fab advice on where to go and what to see, the breakfast was the best I have had in a B&B.
