This was our first stay at a B&B. We stayed two nights and enjoyed Sally and her unique house. We were comfortable. The house was in a convenient location so we could walk to many stores and restaurants. Sally served two excellent breakfasts. Talking to Sally about her life in England and her antiques in her lovely home were interesting....

We were so excited to spend our fifth wedding anniversary getaway here, but when we got there, no one answered the door. We got there at 6 pm and the door read check in is 4-6 pm. I don't know if it's common to send a confirmation email closer to the date of arrival with reminder heck in info, but...

Two couples stayed for 4 nights in this lovely B&B. Our breakfasts were incredible and we were so full we were able to skip lunch most days! Lovely decorated British B&B and the friendly and fun Sally made us feel right at home. Close to lots of attractions and within walking distance to downtown. We loved her recommendations for dinner...

Sally is accommodating. We asked for coffee mid-day and she brought up a tray with a full fresh pot. The breakfast is some of the best I've ever had at a B&B. Lots of trinkets and fun decorating. Very British, very lovely.

Fantastic bed and breakfast. Lovely rooms. Having your own bathroom across the corridor was no problem. Delicious breakfast. Sally catered for my sons specific cereal requirements and provided the rest of us with the most delicious cooked breakfast. Within walking distance to the gorge and we ate in a lovely restaurant on the lake a few minutes walk from the...

We enjoyed our stay at this B&B. Our bedroom and bathroom were very clean, and the Marmalade Cat has a nice homey atmosphere. Sally made a wonderful breakfast for us each morning, and she worked around our vegetarian diet. The breakfast was something different each day, and we had breakfast there 5 days. The location is close to the downtown...

Wonderful time at this B and B! Sally was an awesome hostess. Rooms clean and inviting; a hearty breakfast every morning which includes fresh fruit, eggs or pancakes and bacon, juice and coffee or tea. Would definitely come back as we felt as warmly welcomed as family!

The good doctor and I stayed here for a race at Watkins Glen International, which is a short drive away from the property. We made our reservations because we love cats (and really, what's better than vacation cats?), and Sally and Martin did not disappoint, bringing out the four currently in residence to meet us when we checked in. We...

Really enjoyed our stay here last week. Pretty room and common areas. Breakfasts prepared by owner Sally were delicious and different each day. She is also a very welcoming host. The location is great as it is a short walk to the Harbor area as well as shops and restaurants. Short drive to wineries and Watkins Glen State Park.
