The hotel is very high standard. All the staff do their work faithfully and care to be as comfortable as possible. Large pool, clean and tidy. Always smells nice and pleasant throughout. Large dining room, and the food they serve delicious and very varied. The hotel employees are always polite and smiling. They love to help and will do anything...

I was extremely disappointed with the service, the receptionist was awful, the spa closes early, my bathing suit fell down the porch and no 1 would help me find it, the bar closed an hour earlier then it was sposed to. # not recommended But the breakfast was good and so the beds.

I liked the hotel. It is very modern. It is also close to the Dead Sea. I did not have problems with the staff but some of the people I was traveling with said that they had substandard service, putting it down to there not being enough staff. Our guide said that the Dead Sea is somewhat isolated and attracting...

A very good hotel with very nice accessories and rooms but low in personal. Few workers to very many guests. We saw it in the dining room where we had to wait for water nearly 25 minutes. Also once they cleaned the room at three o'clock. Everything else was excellent. The food was delicious and plenty of it. The spa...

The Royal Hotel has changed hands lately to a new management', no more Rimonim symbols. We have stayed at this hotel before and found the staff very helpful, trying hard to please, and do the best and fastest for you. Especially including the men behind the entrance desk, the staff in the dining room, and the staff at the spa!!...

The male receptionists were impolite, curt, and not helpful. The rooms were fair and the hallways dirty and decaying. There was depressing evening entertainment. The breakfast and dinner were fair at most. The indoor pool was ok and the outdoor pool was acceptable. The hotel is close to a small mall which was nice.
