Safe, clean, firm mattress, friendly staff. A block from the public beach. It’s a motel, you know. Stains on carpet, refresh needed, but we didn’t come here for a luxury stay. Pool looks nice. I recommend it, but again, don’t come here looking for high thread count 😏

I want to start by saying the staff was AMAZING. They were so nice and knowledgeable. The motel is definitely perfect for the price. The beach is a very short walk away. That, to me, is very important. The pool was nice. The rooms were clean. Water pressure was good. Air conditioning was cool but not producing moist air, which is also very good and important. And there was ample free parking. The rooms were a little dated, but clean. They did have microwaves, refrigerators, and “kitchen” sinks — all pluses. My biggest con was the walls seemed to be paper thin. We were in a room that appeared to have the ability to be a connecting room. I’m not sure if that made the noise barrier less efficient? But we could definitely hear our neighbors. That wasn’t at all a make or break issue for us though. We will definitely be back!

All the reviews made me feel confident this place would be clean especially with covid. It was a last min trip and I was excited to take my son some place before going back to college. We had cancelled our normal vacation because of covid. First I want to say there are many positives such as the staff and front desk very friendly. The guests were family oriented. Pool was small but nice. Location is very good if you just want to park and never drive. Beach was very close and easy to walk to. Beds were clean and air worked very good. But then the other part was the dirty condition of the room. The carpet is stained and dirty and my sons socks were Turning black. It was vaccumed in the main waking areas but between the bed and night stand was gross and behind the ugh stand was worse. Anywhere where the normal Vaccum can’t reach was filthy. Apparently there must not be an attachment to the vacuum. We couldn’t use any of the drawers in the dresser, night stand or the vanity of the bathroom as all had dirty and hair and gross stuff in them. The dresser had spiked dried coffee or maybe it was spilled milk? It ran all down the front of the dresser. The remote control had grease and sand on it, the phone has dried white food smears in it, there was a greasy finger Mark in head board, the furniture at the desk, near the window and at the table were all covered in beach sand and never wiped down. The desk and top of dresser and night stand were Never wiped and had greasy marks in it. The bathroom was clean where it was easy to vaccum or clean but any corners had sand. There were dried hairs stuck to the bathroom door. I was skeeved the entire time I was there. I honestly felt uncomfortable but we had already paid for the stay and it was supposed to be our only vacation of the summer. I was on the third floor and not sure if each floor has different house keeping but I read where some guests had super clean rooms and I feel like there has to be different house keepers. I have not stayed in a hotel room this dirty in all my life. Never. It’s a shame because the hotel is located great and the staff seemed really nice. I recommend the owners or managers inspect some rooms from time to time. Because you are paying for clew it that is not happening

This was our 3rd stay and it was great again. Room was clean and the beds were comfy. The pool was wonderful! We like the area where it’s located because it’s more laid back and not so busy. Short walk to the beach.

Our first time staying here. Very impressed with this motel -- very reasonably priced, clean rooms, great pool, great balcony view rooms and excellent very friendly staff. Some of the most comfortable beds at any motel or hotel we have stayed in. Close to shopping and the beach. Would highly recommend this motel and will definitely stay here again.
