The place is still a good and charming hotel. I've been upgraded for a "Bangalô", what praised me a lot!!! The staff is really nice and always there when needed. The breakfast doesn't have a big variety of food but what they have, is of a top quality!! Every day one or two new cake and some Brazilian specialities like...

Pro -centrally located, can't get better -beautiful historical building, close to harbour, easy walk to beach and shops -amazing view -free breakfast Con -wifi did not work 90% of the time. Not a lot of help from front desk -no luggage help. There were so many stairs and it was quite difficult -no towel or linen change. it kinda gets...

This hotel is centrally located. We made reservations for 2 adults and 2 children and apparently they had for two, which was fine. But as we were paying, we thought it was for the 4 and the next morning around noon they wanted to charge us extra for the girls, while we thought we already paid. They said they didn't...

During eight nigths I was at O Casarao. The breakfast was good, the swimming pool after the beach was so good. But the service ... Well, in the third day no toilet soap ... And the fifth day the towels disappeared! The doors are closed with the keys.no magnetic card. You need to give the keys at the reception when...

The room I stayed in could use some work, but I visited the new ones and found them very atractive. The hotel is located at the heart of the village, very close to the enterance of the...

This was a very nice place, right on the town square. It is not on the beach, but for us that was fine. At night, it was good to be on the main square, with all the crafts sales and restauraunts. The hotel staff was helpful, and the breakfast area is really beautiful (open-air, surrounded by trees and flowers). There...

Six days in idyllic Morro - we found this a nice reasonable base to stay - in a cottage up the back of the accommodation, with pool in front of us. The square in front was always full of activity at night, and it was a nice walk down to the beaches. It was good to be a bit away...

We chose that hostel after seeing a review at Frommers. The rates weren't cheap but we were quite confident that it was a safe bet. Well, we were wrong. The reception clerk were very rude and arrogant and they gave us a bangalow that was dirty and full of sand and that had a broken light. Breakfast was minimal and...
