Casadoca Boutique Hotel, a pioneer of its kind in Con Con, offers an excellent opportunity to relax overlooking the Pacific Ocean, with all the comforts and conveniences of a luxury destination. The renovation of an old house built in 1946, of majestic and imposing facade, made it possible to turn it into an exclusive and elegant boutique hotel, with 9 unique rooms. In each one of them you can perceive its magnificent past, while enjoying a homely and welcoming atmosphere. Each of the rooms has a unique style and charm, to enjoy unforgettable moments and some rest and relaxation. Several rooms have private terraces overlooking the ocean or garden, 400 thread count sheets and duvets, and goose down pillows and featherbeds. Pakistani cotton towels, showers with double size shower heads and some individual Jacuzzis bathtubs, make the bathroom a true pleasure. The bedrooms also have LCD flat screens with ipod connections, a hairdryer, heating, WiFi and a safe.

Booking at the Casadoca, I’d hoped for peaceful, quiet surroundings, an open room washed with fresh ocean breezes, comfortable bedding and appointments. Arriving, we found that, and a remarkably gracious, accommodating staff. Delightful restaurants a few minutes walk. Could not recommend Casadoca more highly.

Previous comments about accessibility spot on.

What an amazing place! We can't say enough about our experience at Casadoca. It's far enough away from the chaos to be restful, but an easy Uber ride to anywhere you need to go. When we were booking, I thought it would feel too far from the "action" of Vina del Mar / Valpo. It was actually the perfect distance. I wouldn't change a thing. Great room, great service, great view. AND my wife wanted me to be sure to say...GREAT hairdryer!

very nice property, beautiful view of ocean( when the marine fog burns off). very safe neighborhood . the road construction was annoying but you can still walk both directions . the security is good, you have to call to exit or enter. we had the large room above the front desk. shower was great and patio very nice. couple negatives, there is no elevator so difficult with large suitcases. the place has only 9 rooms so few guests around . breakfast did not have as many choices as larger hotel would. not many good restaurants in walking distance, we ended up ubering.

I can't understand the excellent reviews this hotel received. I had a very different experience. First of all the price I payed was ridiculous expensive compared of what I received. The room is noise, you can hear people talk at the front desk. I was wake up around 07:30 A.M. with the conversation and very, very small.
The wifi did not work in the room, only in the lobby. I informed the front desk about the problem and received no explanations. The staff was not friendly, except the chef that I meet on the second day.

I stayed in the hotel for almost 3 months after having vacated my house in Chile and prior to returning to England after working in Chile for just over 3 years. The hotel has a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are bright and attentive yet unobtrusive. Hopefully I will get the opportunity to return to Chile and if I do, I will certainly make a point of staying at the Casadoca Hotel in Concon. Thanks to all the staff for making my stay in this gem of an hotel so enjoyable.

I travel a lot, and as a result stay in 2-3 different hotels per month. I thought I had seen it all, until I came across this gem tucked away along Chile's pacific coast about 100 miles from Santiago. If you are looking to get out of the city for a night or 2, look no further. I have stayed at some really nice hotels out on the beach, Isla Seca and Hotel Zero, among others. There is no comparison, this emcompasses the concept of a boutique hotel. It is cozy, comfortable, architectually magnificant, wonderful food, terrific spa, breathtaking view, and above all very personalized service. That is what makes a boutique hotel, feeling as if you were in your own home. A place that is so enchanting that you never want to leave. I have already looked into another reservation next month. If you want to impress someone, take them here. Truly a spectacular experience, and I cannot wait to get back!

We didn't want to leave Casadoca- like, I had fantasies of moving there full time. What an amazing find. Unparalleled service and views, very comfortable accommodations, delicious food, and peaceful beyond belief. The staff even surprised us with a split of champagne and strawberries and chocolate when they found out it was our anniversary. We had the suite- get it if you can. It was quiet, spacious, and had a great veranda. Be sure to take advantage of the private spa area- it was a great way to spend our last evening in Chile.

Well I couldn't wait till I left to write this review. I'm sitting on the sofa with a maracuya Pisco Sour looking at the ocean having just had the most delicous Ceviche cooked my Cesar. I found this place by chance on the Internet when my other hotel fell through...there is a reason for everything! The staff welcomed me like I was coming home, my room es truly beautiful and after a walk to the beach to baptise my feet in the pacific I came back to lay on the deck with a Pisco sour to watch the sun set. I was shown how to make a Pisco Sour and then sat down to an amazing three course supper with delicous wine. All I could do was slip in to my amazing huge bed with beautiful linen and the noise of the ocean to send me to sleep. Morning started with a body massage then huge brunch at which i chatted with the owner Servaas and the spa to follow. It was so taxing I took a long siesta! I've just had another ceviche with crab claws and scallops. I really can't rate this hotel enough. I feel thoroughly spoilt and it's the best birthday present I could have given myself. Stay a night and you'll want to stay forever...

Where to begin? Casa Doca, both the hotel and its staff, will always have a special place in our hearts. The hotel itself is unbelievable. Each room is decorated to perfection and makes you feel right at home. The staff genuinely cares about their guests – they get to know you and help make sure you have the best experience while in Concon. Much to my surprise, my fiance proposed on our first day in Concon. The staff made the experience even more amazing by surprising us with a couple glasses of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. We spent the rest of the evening enjoying the entire spa area to ourselves (which every guest can reserve). The hotel sits perfectly along the coast, so enjoying a delicious breakfast in bed or out on the balcony while listening to the ocean is pure bliss. Without a doubt, we will be back to Casa Doca for a wedding anniversary or two. Anyone looking to experience an amazing experience needs to stay at Casa Doca!

We were walking along the seafront thinking of moving hotel when we spotted an amzing house with an enormous single pane window overlooking the Pacific Ocean To our delight it actually turned out to be a hotel. From the moment we entered and Dutch owner Servaas treated us to coffee and the hotel's home-made chocolates we realised we were somewhere special. The hotel has a zen-like air of calm and with only six rooms the guests are always well looked after. The bed is one of the most comfortable we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed in our fair share of luxury hotels). To top all this, the hotel has an extraordinary chef, Cesar, from the border with Peru, who claims to make 90% of everything served in the hotel (including the chocolates and some amazing cocktails). Unlike many chefs, there is nothing he likes more than to share his culinary secrets. All in all, the hotel offers everything a luxury boutique hotel should do and manages to go beyond expectations in so many areas. We are already planning our return.
