The hotel is located 2,5 km outside Osorno. Clean Rooms with Twin bed 🛏 (Queen size). Breakfast could be better. No vegetables, scrambled eggs was not cooked enough ☹️. 🍞 was only white toast. They have a lot of good bread in the supermarket but in the hotels it’s always white toast bread?

Recently built hotel with nice lay-out Decent breakfast, high speed WiFi Very nice staff On the downside for this mid+ class expensive hotel is that there are no chairs or beds near the swimming pool. The airco did not causing a high temperature room Safety issue is that there are no signs pointing to a part of the rooms.

We booked for 2 nights and extended it to 3. If you are travelling by car the location of the Hotel would no doubt serve YOU, but not those of us travelling by Bus.  Albeit a $10 cab fare to town was used several times. The hotel consist of 2 floors and while some folks find it an obstacle to walk up 20 steps as 70+ years of age we rather enjoyed the exercise. Of course ground floor is an option. Exceptionally clean hotel, another great breakfast offering of juices, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, the ubiquitous morning pork, sweets , and scrambled eggs and yes Brown Bread was available. Two evening  meals were great and adequate wine selection. The Receptionist and Office Manager were extremely helpful..kudos to them.. when I needed to contact the Visa re my card.  Lovely garden, pool area and Sauna. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed only one night and rested peacefully, the rooms are spacious. The lady at the reception was extremely friendly. The hotel has a very good location, close to the South Panamericana highway. The hotel facilities are very modern since it is only two years old. The breakfast is average, the coffee or the fruit are not of good quality. Maybe the worst deficiency is that it does not have elevators and you have to carry your bags to your room. I would return.

good location for people on the road..a few miles from panamerican road ( ruta 5) not easy to find hotel large rooms and decent breakfast no elevator makes this hotel a poor choice for families or business people/organizations planning to set up meetings/conferences poor business center with no printer...printouts need to go through hotel printing equipment best rates if reserved through booking websites...poor rate value if reserved directly through hotel webpage

New., comfortable, clean, very good breakfast, very nice hotel. Just a few minutes away from downtown. The only negative comment I can make is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. All the rest was great.

My room was nice and clean. The bathroom big and new. Huge tv screen in the room. Nice breakfast. Downsides. No aircon in the room. Terrible food for dinner in the restaurant. Staff looked like they didn't enjoy the job. The music was very noisy and suddenly they start to crunch ice for drinks, which was extremely noisy. My advise. Don't eat here and stay only through wintertime.
