We stayed here for 1 night when we were visiting Cotopaxi volcano. The inn is beautiful, quaint, and extremely comfortable. The food is excellent as is the staff. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Cotopaxi.

We had an excellent stay at Hacienda Santa Ana. The hacienda is very old (1600's) restored and well maintained. We had two rooms, which were each a little different. Both were spacious and comfortable. The common areas are quiet and relaxing. Amir was helpful, courteous, and attentive. He is multi-lingual and ensured we were well taken care of: scheduling our...

Visited this whilst on honeymoon to climb volcano nearby. Very warm welcome. Lovely warm, rooms with Hot water bottles at night. Clean, comfortable. Tastefully done with history inside. Food was average and breakfast was simple. An enjoyable stay and I would recommend this place.

This hacienda is perfectly located in a quiet place with great surrounding views and we experienced a hospitality you do find often. It is beautifully (re)built up to the finest details; old chandeliers, jesuit influences, characteristic furniture and it all matches perfectly. We were received with a warm welcome by Augustus who also offered a nice typical hot Ecuadorian cinnamon...

The Hacienda Santa Ana is quite near to Cotopaxi volcano, less than an hour's horseback ride and you are in the park. This was a beautiful property set in the high Andes with views across the countryside. Several activities are offered, including hikes and horseback rides. The Hacienda is hard to find, up a long, twisting cobblestone road. Transportation from...

Beautiful grounds with wonderfully kept hotel. A little out of the way, but well worth it. They cater to all your needs. Staff is there to serve you. We arrived late at night and they still offered us dinner. (There are no restaurants around.) They serve tea and snacks in the very comfortable living room with fireplaces. A great place...

This hotel was a recommendation from our tour company. The hacienda is set on a beautiful countryside. The grounds are simply beautiful and complete with animals as well. The front desk manager greeted us and gave us some history on the hotel and a very nice welcome drink, typical Ecuadorian with cinnamon. The room was recently renovated and very comfortable...

Our tour operator, Imagine Latin America, discovered this for us. It is a great base for visiting the Cotopaxi National Park and includes horse riding as part of the package. The evenings were a bit chilly so I recommend an extra layer at dinner. However the heating in the room had been cranked up so sleeping was fine. The food...

We were a party of eight. Not very easy to reach the place. Compared to the villages on the way, the hacienda is almost paradise!!
