Very disappointed to read fro events that never happened.
the answer you get is the correct ,as water park has not given any more information's to the owner of any hotel's .We are not obligate to know about it and the only info...More

You should ditch the transfer and get a taxi from the airport you'll get there much quicker. It was 32 euros last year. Re getting food at the hotel , the all inclusive finishes at 10pm so you will either have to pay for food at the bar or pop over into the village for something. Been to the Iris twice in the past few years it's a lovely wee hotel.
There is a rental service at reception with a list of cars you can choose from. I did not rent my car from Iris I went to Falariki town and got my car from there. There are sooo many rental places in Falariki - get the bus... More
There is a rental service at reception with a list of cars you can choose from. I did not rent my car from Iris I went to Falariki town and got my car from there. There are sooo many rental places in Falariki - get the bus there - the bus stand is opposite Iris hotel on the other side of the road.
Car rental is about €35-€45 euros a day - well worrh it though
