Ojibway Lodge is on Devil's Island in Temagami Lake. You need to get there by boat or sea plane. This lodge offers three healthy meals a day (served family style) and unlimited access to canoe's and kayaks. Rustic cabins are lovely. No electricity ... but propane lamps are sufficient and give a lovely ambiance.Bathrooms attached to most cabins are updated... More

Tanya, Louise & the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful. What a great way to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! We were greeted at Bayline Marina Dock by Mike who went out of his way to assist us. The family style meals were a wonderful way to meet other guests on Devil's... More

Ojibway was a delightful vacation of excellent food, friendly and interesting conversation with knowledgeable and entertaining staff, sharing experiences with other visitors, sweet moments watching the sunset from the dock, & telling stories around the camp fire, peaceful sleeping in comfy beds in our cosy 'Red Pine' cabin and paddling the canoes, kayaks and paddle-boards to hike, explore and pick... Words can hardly describe how peaceful this place is. Our stay was effortless from start to finish, unless you count walks on the beautiful island, canoeing and paddleboarding the crystal clear waters of Lake Temagami, and refreshing swims in the lake at all times of the day and night. We stayed in a cabin called Refuge, which was charming, private,... More

We have stayed at Ojibway twice. If you want to unplug and get back to nature, you could not find a more perfect setting. Nothing to distract you but the stars and the scenery. Tanya and Rob, the managers, are delightful and attentive. Delicious food, charming cabins and a friendly atmosphere!

My stay from start to finish was wonderful. Great food! Great company! And great accommodations! Thank you, Tanya and Louise and Ojibway staff. I always look forward to returning to Lake Temagami and Devil's Island in particular. My boys and I will hopefully be back next August for a trip down the Temagami River with Jason!

Ojibway of Keewaydin is one of the most unique getaway locations you could imagine. The rustic cabins are solitary enough for privacy, yet you're never more than steps away from other guests. I call it "camping with housekeeping service". Plenty of things to do, or if you choose, you can just relax on your porch with a good book. You... More
