We spent a long weekend in Denmark at Windrose and had a very enjoyable stay. The setting is very relaxing, the breakfasts are excellent, the common area was warm and inviting and Anna was a wealth of information on what to see and do. Very reasonably priced and certainly worth a visit.

My girlfriend and I spent 2 nights in the Windrose B&B and we really enjoyed it. Antje is a very warm and welcoming host with German roots and provided us with all the help and information we needed, not only for the region around Denmark but also many other tipps and hints what we could do. Quaint B&B - themed rooms are fun - especially the underfloor picture box . Anna our host was most welcoming - very knowlegeable and a great cook . A hearty breakfast before setting off on a long days walk was most appreciated- many thanks .

Lovely set up of B&B. Host were lovely helpful and made a lovely breakfast. For what was offered given B&b style accommodation compared to others this one was very expensive. It is in a lovely peaceful spot just the price did not reflect quality. Accommodation was very basic. Shower leaked badly. Coverings were quite old.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and your positive comments. Unfortunately I can't see which room you stayed in, but I am not aware of any leaking showers, otherwise we would look into that straight away. Maybe you could let me know? Most of our quilt covers and pillows have only recently been replaced. As to...

This B&B is run by a lovely family who are warm and inviting. The amenities are all kept well and the common area is well equipped. The hosts cooked a lovely breakfast topped off with homemade bread. The hosts also told us they love chatting to their guests, saying that it's called "passive travelling" as they get to hear wonderful...
