Halcyon Bay Resort is in a 'prefect' location. Quiet but only meters to walk from beautiful Geographe Bay with its delightful walks, small coves and beaches. It's also a three minute drive to get a morning coffee and to shop at Coles or the other retail outlets. The 'homes' within the resort are lovely. Well maintained, and clean with easy access and parking and all facilities including laundry, TV, air conditioning etc. This facility is managed by Dylan and also Kate who is just lovely. Helpful, flexible and professional. Top quality. We stayed for 5 nights during winter and it became our hide-a-way, except when we ventured out for a walk and for a delightful meal at one of the many restaurants around Dunsborough. For overseas guests, it's important to know that you DO NOT need to stay in Margaret River town to enjoy this region with wineries, wild beaches and lovely drives. Dunsborough is a small village in the heart of the Margaret River Region, and it has a delightful charm and access to all the sites and amenities you will need. The perfect place to stay is at Halcyon Bay. Definitely our choice every time.…
Had a fantastic time at #5 Halcyon Bay. Communication was great and they went out of there way to accommodate my requests and queries. I had to call them during my stay and they responded very quickly and friendly - not always the way! House was gorgeous, clean and plenty of room and facilities.
150m to the bay, 15km to the wine region, this is spacious, well appointed accommodation with a community feel so the kids can play all day with friends they make in the estate. This is one of my family’s favourite spots on the planet. Bring your bikes, skateboards, surf boards, camp chairs and Esky, then just have fun. Don’t forget to walk to Artezen in town for breakfast and the best muffins in the area. 5 star spot for family getaway all year around.
First rental of this beachfront house was seriously good. Every possible convenience and facility is there and house was ultra clean. Managers Kate and Dylan provided personal extra touches such as home made Xmas shortbread and Cumberland sauce. Could not fault much here and well worth a repeat visit.
Have stayed here a few times in two different houses. They have always been Immaculately clean. The accommodation is not cheap but is of a high standard. The Managers, a young couple who have been there for a few years, are helpful and obliging.
