We have been staying here for a number of years, mostly in large family groups as you can rent a number of villas if you have an extended family. It works well that the different villas have different layouts so you can find something to suit. We love being able to walk to the swimming beach and being right on the extensive beach path which is great for exercise and just a stroll. We have always found the houses well equipped and well maintained. The manager Rick does a fantastic job and was very patient and helpful when we needed to rejig our bookings. Highly recommended.

Stayed for 4 days, very comfortable, very pleasant villa. Great property, excellent location. The manager was very easy to deal with & laid back & made us feel welcome. Loved the lazy old dog who loved a rub & would lie down in the road & made everyone drive around her.

Have been coming to Geographe Cove for about 10 yrs. Rick who is now the manager is by far the best this place has had. Nothing is too much trouble for him. I come down here usually 2 if not 3 times a year. the place is so peaceful and relaxing...just what us nurses need! So close to the beach, great walks, short distance to the shops and is the best spot to explore the whole South West. I have noticed the prices have gone up a bit for 2020, bit still very good value. can't wait for my next visits in March and December 2020 :)

From the first contact with the manger Rick, through our entire stay, everything ran very smoothly. We were a group of 12 coming from all over Australia for a wedding at Margaret river. We needed 2 villias, Rick was wonderful in explaining which would suit our needs the best- from elderly ( no steps) to space for kids to play. Our villas were next door to each other, (15 & 16), it was a short stroll onto the beach, pool was great. The villas were lovely, although one was in need of attention in the bathroom with cracked floor tiles. One villa had a powerboard which was making strange noises, it was immediately replaced. Rick provided excellent ideas for sight seeing and was always quick to say hello and as a bonus for the kids, had a lovely dog who loved a rub. We stayed for 4 nights and all agreed it was an awesome stay.

Stayed in Unit 5 in Feb 2019. First off, this is a great location within walking distance to the beach. Pool and tennis court were great. BBQ was clean. Free WiFi worked really well. Unfortunately there was a few issues that put a dampener on our stay. - The unit wasn't particularly clean, we found several cockroaches in the kitchen, with a few in cupboards on bowls and plates etc. This continued for the first day and a half, we ended up asking the management to come and clean the kitchen cupboards. - The living area sofa and chairs are in need of replacing as they are very hard and have little padding, we all ended up sitting on cushions to make it comfier. - The aircon system works great downstairs however upstairs was like an oven as there isn't any aircon. - The ceiling fans are old and rattled throughout the house. - Bathroom needed cleaning, blinds covered in thick dust. - Found a stain on bedding in one of the bedrooms. - Dog poo in the outdoor area. All of the above could be fixed easily. We enjoyed the location but who wants to stay in dirty accommodation?

Immediately after being informed that our guests had discovered some cockroaches in the cupboard, we immediately re-cleaned every cupboard and their items without question. It is most unfortunate for anyone to make such a discovery which we apologised for and subsequently rectified. At this time there was no mention of any bathroom blinds "covered in dust" so I am surprised to read that comment, particularly as our units are well cleaned, nor was there a mention of a stain on some bedding. If there was we would have rectified the issues immediately with the same grace and humility. It is unfortunate you have chosen to label the accommodation as "dirty" based on a few invasive insects and some unidentified dust on a blind and stain on one of the 7 beds bedding. No mention of clean linen, towels, stove top, fridge, shower recess, shower screens, bench tops, floors, windows and sofas, although it was noted the BBQ was clean.
