Positives: 1. Location - on the beachfront, approx. 10km from Dunsborough. 2. King Room - very spacious with a comfy king size bed, sitting area (with a sofa & coffee table), small kitchen area and an outdoor patio. 3. Mini fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and basic utensils were provided - including complementary tea, coffee, milk and 2 small bottles of water. 4. Large bathroom with a spa bath/shower. 5. Everything looked clean. 6. Free WiFi access. 8. Swimming pool, gym, tennis court - all great in summer, but not much use for us in the middle of winter. Negatives: 1. Old, noisy reverse cycle A/C unit, which didn't heat the room properly. 2. No electric blankets on the bed. 3. Old style window in the toilet, not completely sealed, so it was VERY cold in there. 4. Old, flat screen TV, with lines running across the screen and discoloration.

We enjoy staying at Club Wyndham due to the great location close to a large number of vineyards and other attractions, but this time we really enjoyed the service and hospitality at Toby’s Restaurant. The food was first class and the evening happy hours in front of the fire were a great end to the day. Michael is a very attentive and friendly host who did a great job looking after us there. Toby’s is a hidden gem and the hotel facilities are great - although the beds are a bit hard!

Stayed here recently for a week with my wife, the set up is a series of separate buildings all two storeys, external stair access to top floors from car park areas only, you do get a lot of road noise as it is right on the road, the property is very clean and pretty well maintained, the check in was efficient, we checked in on a Sunday and at the time the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner on Sunday and Monday and wasn’t open for breakfast at all, but the wait until the Tuesday for dinner was well worth it, the meals we had were awesome and the drink service and many chats we had with Michael were great( restaurant will get back to 7 days and all meals service as it gets busier, and more staff were available), the hotel is pretty well located to venture into Busselton or Dunsborough(both just over 5 mins drive) and the greater Margaret river region is amazing with the vast array of wineries/breweries to visit as well as the many caves in the area, and Busselton jetty is a must, we had a great stay and will definitely be back, Big shout out to Michael and George for the awesome service in Toby’s restaurant
