- highlight was the optional chef-prepared dinner (bring your own wine or beer); beautifully prepared, plated and delicious, in historic farmhouse dining room with large open hearth fireplace and great service from Peter and Lynn - great farmhouse setting: very peaceful, well maintained gardens, pastoral views from veranda, lots of colourful birds - room in 1857 farmhouse had modern ensuite;...

Simply beautiful historic property, so glad we found this place, really loved our stay here! We were warmly greeted by Peter and Lyn who graciously helped us in with our luggage. We were shown to our rooms which were beautifully furnished and then settled with a glass of wine out in the gardens. In the evening, we retired to the...

This is such a special place to stay, we just loved it. The house is a wonderful piece of Australian history, beautifully furnished and decorated in keeping. We loved our room with its brass bed. The best bits though were the roaring log fires in both the guest lounge and the dining room and the absolutely fabulous 3-course dinner. The...

After having lived in Manjimup many years ago, we never knew about this beautiful B & B. We were absolutely blown away by the wonderful hospital of Peter & Lynn. Very professional friendly and knowledgeable hosts..... just the best experience we have had. Unfortunately we were only able to stay one night and would have loved a week there. The...

Stayed for 3 nights, two adults and two toddlers. Accomodation is peaceful and in keeping with the period residence. Peter and Lynn are splendid hosts and delivered 3 course dinners that were a delight.....so much so.... We ate there 3 nights in a row. A gem in the southern forests!

Many thanks to Trip Advisor reviews. We loved this House and all that was included. From the warm welcome from hosts, to farewells with gifts of mulberries - this was a great experience. Bedrooms are comfortable and private; sitting rooms are spacious and freely available; gardens are enchanting. Despite the heat outside, the interiors were cooler thanks to stone work...

Thank you to Peter and Lyn for a lovely couple of days at Dingup house. Such a gorgeous historic house, beautifully furnished. We took our four and six year olds and couldn't be made to feel more welcome. The dinners we had were absolutely incredible and really showcase what manjimup has to offer. I wish them both well in this...

We went to Manjimup for the cherry long lunch. We were also rewarded with the excellent cooking of Peter and Lynn, a really relaxed feel to the house and we were made to feel really welcome. The rooms were clean, the bookshelf well stocked and the grounds manicured. We are looking forward to coming for a Murder Mystery weekend, as...

My wife and I stayed at Dingup House for two nights whilst touring the south west of Western Australia. The house is situated about 4 or 5 kilometres outside Manjimup in a very pretty rural setting. It is a traditional type of house, first built in the mid 19th century and then added to and modernised. Because it was first built...

“There is a variety of rooms, we chose a room with a private ensuite but there is a range of different prices and it all depends on what you want. If you are a smoker, it would be beneficial if you chose a room that leads out on to the verandah at the rear plus you will have a lovely view in the morning.”

“In winter, the warmest room will be next to the lounge where the fireplace is. However, this room may also be a bit noisy if alot of other guests are staying. We were fine as we were the only ones there, the night we stayed.”
