WE stayed 3 nights during the Gourmet Escape. The staff were very friendly and happy to have a chat about our plans. The room was good, bathroom a little tired but the outlook to the garden was lovely. the pool area looked great. The breakfast was really good in particular the cooked breakfast. Compliments to the chef. If I could...

Windmills is a cross between a B&B and a hotel. It has all of the amenities of a large hotel offering a swimming pool, tennis court, bar and breakfast, but a personal introduction to the hotel upon check in suprises you with a BnB feeling. This particular stay didnt offer us a restaurant meal for dinner, having us to sort...

I would consider this more a luxury B&B rather than a hotel simply because they don't serve dinner. But breakfast is excellent, the staff are very helpful & friendly & will make snacks if required, and the location is beautiful & quiet.

We had a lovely stay for a several days with a group of friends to explore the Margaret river area, so it was a good base to operate from each day. Rooms are beautiful, very comfortable and nice modern bathrooms. The grounds are very nice and there is a courtyard off the room leading to the gardens. Each day there...

Popped in last weekend for a wine. The selection was pretty poor, still the ambiance was great with the two sided fire. Don't like the share toilets in the bar area but probably that's a license necessity. No food for non hotel residents, shame as would have loved a cheese platter. The view of the gardens was great, and could...

My husband and I went to the MR region in July and stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel was in a great location to visit all the wineries. The room decor was modern and warmly decorated, yet it was obvious the room was tired and aged. We had a lovely buffet breakfast on the 2 mornings and enjoyed the...

After an unfortunate mishap earlier in the year, Management offered a free 2-night accommodation as compensation. A great example of how the service industry should treat their clients. Well done and greatly appreciated.

My partner and I have returned to Perth this afternoon after a 2 day stay at Windmills Break. We found the accommodation to be excellent, the staff friendly and attentive to our needs and the grounds beautiful. Breakfast each morning was delicious and served by lovely staff who were very willing to adjust the menu to my dietary requirements. All...
