Absolutely wonderful experience. We went last year in September and loved everything about this place. Wonderful food, atmosphere and people. Can't wait to go back. It was close to a lot of activities yet secluded once inside. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

We just spent a short weekend in the Catskills and stayed at the Albergo, which we chose based mainly on the Tripadvisor reviews. I give this 3 stars, but would say more like 3 1/2 would be appropriate. Overall it was a very nice B&B, but there were a few things that keep it from top-notch. Positives 1. The room...

My friend and I had a lovely stay at The beautiful Albergo Inn. We stayed in the carriage house, which is decorated to perfection. Fresh linen and large fuffy towels abound. The large whirlpool spa was just wanted we needed to unwind. Hopping into fluffy robes was very comforting. Great views and stunning scenery. The breakfasts are to die for,...

Four-Diamond rated 19th-century property. Friendly, clean with lots of luxury details, free cold soda and a huge selection of hot beverages and homemade cookies in the kitchen 24 hours a day, luxurious linens and towels, comfortable beds and luxurious robes. Great for romantic gateway, uniquely decorated, private front and backyard. The way the breakfast is served makes you feel from...

This is a cross between a B&B & a motel - or call it a small hotel. But it's not a boutique hotel. There are a variety of rooms & prices. We stayed in least expensive room, small but adequate. Good lounge areas downstairs & outside. The biggest surprise was the breakfast - many cooked to order choices. Not gourmet,...

My husband and I planned a trip for our 12 year anniversary to Albergo Allegria. We originally booked the Master room, but had to switch last minute to the Batavia Suite at the Mountain Stream Cottage. (thank you for the last minute switch!!) We were disappointed to miss out on the breakfast at the Inn, but the Country Store right...

We have been back to Albergo Allegria a number of times. As you arrive you experience a breathtaking view of the picturesque B&B settled into lovely landscaping. Most welcoming and helpful is the family managing Albergo Allegria. The rooms are clean and comfortable maintained beautifully and charmingly decorated. The breakfast is presented in a spic and span and artfully decorated...

Not being a B&b person, I was pleasantly surprised with this choice. We were in room 21 (chamomile Corners). We felt very private, quiet and everyone we met was friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh and loads of choices. The rooms were clean and fresh. My only complaint was the taste of the well water, but the B&B had...

This was our fist time staying here, but won't be our last. We stayed in a room in the Carriage House and it was fabulous. Very comfortable bed, quiet, nice 2 seater whirlpool tub. The food was also very good. Am looking forward to returning for another "get-a-way".
