After reading all of the previous reviews, rest assured his one echoes them all. We've stayed here several times in the summer, but being here around Thanksgiving was a real (cold) treat! Best of all is the wonderful breakfast- don't miss it or a seat by the mill stream. Deelish and peaceful. The granola is not to be missed. Smile.

November is an equally enjoyable time to experience Woodstock! It is a treat to enjoy the peaceful pace – and our fireplace rooms on chilly nights. Hope you’ll be back

We have been coming to Woodstock Inn on the Millstream multiple times each year for nearly 9 years. Living in New York City, Woodstock Inn is our alternative to having a "weekend house". This Inn is a true gem. Take a deep breath and enjoy the quiet, calm surroundings. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, perfectly manicured and set right on...

Thanks for the review – and your repeat visits. Being someone’s home away from home is our privilege. The Inn’s natural beauty, Woodstock’s charm and Karen’s hospitality are a winning combination for our city friends seeking wonderful weekend getaways. (We encourage booking early, but if you ever do have reservation challenges, call Karen directly at 845-679-8211.)

Spent my birthday weekend here with my boyfriend and it was perfect! Had a great large room in the cottage with a jacuzzi tub in the bath. The room was spotless and the grounds are really charming. I used to live in Woodstock and had a store there. I'd always heard the Woodstock Inn on the Millstream was the best...

I was on a mini-sabbatical between jobs and wanted a place to escape alone but close enough to my home 15 miiles away that I didn't need to waste time and energy driving to a coastal town. This Inn provided a quiet, serene, beautiful setting and the Innkeepers were lovely females who could relate to my need for down time....

It’s understandable why many of our neighbors are opting for staycations (getting away while staying close to home.) The Hudson Valley is a beautiful destination for all travelers. Glad your overall visit was relaxing and enjoyable.

I have been a visitor to this Inn for over 15 years. Gals and I come to relax, decompress. Laid back place. Beautiful stream. Delish breakfast. Always relaxing and serene. Karen the inn keeper is the very, ultimate best hostess. U can't go wrong. Now if they'd only allow the pups :).......

Thanks for your repeat visits and kind review. We love our serene and relaxing locale. Sorry about your furry friends having to stay home, but not all guests (especially those with allergies!) share the same love of animals. Look forward to having you back.

We stayed in mid October, spent a wonderful weekend driving the area, including to Bethel Woods visit to the Woodstock concert site. The Bungalow is one of the nicest couple's accommodations we've ever enjoyed, with everything you could ask for at the inn, including privacy and just a short walk to downtown. Breakfast was also tasty! Would definitely return and...

So glad you liked your couple’s weekend here. We strive to provide a variety of room sizes and features, so it's good to see the bungalow was perfect for your stay. (And in addition to Bethel Woods, there’s plenty of musical history and year-round happenings right here in town to keep all music lovers entertained.) Hope you’ll return soon.

We stayed one night here and were a little disappointed with the room, the 'basic' rooms are just that - more like a typical US motel than the more upmarket experience we'd expected for $159 plus tax. Room was tiny and smelt damp, there were no tea and coffee making or fridge facilities. Bathroom dated and extremely small, had to...

Thanks for taking time to write a review. Please know we do offer a variety of room styles to meet the different needs and budgets of our guests – everyone is different. Also, while we do have tea and coffee in the lobby (as well as a community fridge outside) coffee makers are available from the innkeeper if guests want...

My girlfriend and I had planned a hiking weekend in the Catskills. We booked a room at the hotel two days before we were going to leave. Unfortunately, I came down with strep throat the day before we were supposed to go and ended up cancelling the trip. We looked at the cancellation policy (must cancel within 7 days of...

First visit to the Woodstock Inn as a getaway from NYC. Super convenient bus service for hassle-free travel, and a pleasant stroll from the bus stop (not a station!) across the street from Shindig, also a great spot to have lunch when you arrive.
