We took a friend here for her birthday weekend and had the two efficiencies on the top floor, which gave us our own private deck. The rooms are clean and simple, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the hosts could not have been nicer. They immediately brought us extra blankets and an HDMI cable for...

We had an efficiency that was delightful. The small kitchen/living/dining room is literally right in the water and well equipped for a fine stay. Its right in the midst of Historic Bath--get out and take a walk to see the town or borrow one of Paul's boats to get out on the water. We picked up some local scallops and...

Really enjoyed our stay here. It is not actually a B&B; each room has a kitchenette. Ours had a small refrigerator, microwave, and cooktop, also a toaster and coffeemaker. Our room opened out into a screened in porch where we had wonderful views of the river. The rooms look out toward the south, so that the sunrise and sunset were...

My husband and I visited for a wedding that was held on Bonners point. I looked for lodging close to the location and found this place. Bath Harbor Motel and Marina really is a gem! There are four rooms - two upstairs and two downstairs & there is an attached marina to the property. Paul, the owner, was very accommodating...

Paul and his family were very friendly, and the room rates extremely reasonable. The room was large and clean, with full-size refrigerator, stove top and oven, microwave, two different coffee makers, and even a little dishwasher. Cabinets were well-stocked with dishes, silverware, and cooking necessities. Free internet. But the best part was the large screened-in porch adjoining the room. So...

Owners were very friendly. Great place. The rooms are actually efficiency apartments. Located on the sound. Looking forward to going back. Bath is a small town. Restaurant across the street. Historic section was awesome.

Staying with my son for some fishing and history tours. This is a fantastic spot. Rooms are comfy with a nice screened in porch with great views of the water, a very usable kitchenette with oven and fridge...kayaks and paddle boards just out the back door to cruise around in. It's a great landing spot after a great day of...

My husband and I stayed here for a night on a 3-day driving jaunt. It's a good place to stay in Bath. We like to think of it as similar to a summer-camp facility/rustic/homey/beach rental property kind of spot. The room was ground floor, 2 queen beds, interesting kitchenette, perfectly fine bathroom, and there are charming views of the river...

I fell in love with this place. Our room was HUGE. 2 Queen size beds, full kitchen, futon, table and chairs. And we had our own private screen in porch. Paul the owner is super nice. You cant be the location. And the price is GREAT! I am already planning my next trip back. Full use of the kayaks and...

Can't imagine anybody having anything negative to say about this place. The room is very well kept and right on the water. Screened in porch and great view. And Paul the owner really goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. If I'm back in the area I'll sure stay here!
