My stay was with a large group of people. The staff was very accommodating and the rooms are nice. I do prefer the larger rooms over the smaller chalets. The views from the mountain is beautiful and there are many attractions nearby.

Stay elsewhere. Hotel under renovation. Poor management and service. After reserving a room w/ 1 King and 1 Queen bed, our reservation was changed by management to a room w/ 1 full and 2 singles. When we notified the front desk office, they said they changed our reservation w/out contacting us and that they couldn't do anything for us other... More

I went to Autumn at Oz, and stayed at the Pinnacle Inn, condo 2113. It was immaculate! Beautifully furnished and plush. From the planked ceilings, to the plush tiled shower, this condo exuded class all the way.

Truly beautiful location. Some units are more well furnished and updated than others. No AC, which usually is not a problem but we had to go buy fans. Beds small in our unit, did not sleep well. Good internet and cable. Staff was friendly. Indoor pool was very warm - too warm. If you go, ask to see what your... More

My family and I visited North Carolina in Jult. We booked a stay at the Pinnacle and was not advised it had noir conditioning. This put us in a bind as it does get hot during the day and need some air circulation. The condos are outdated. The staff was friendly. Nice views. However, we would not stay there in... More

You are correct, there is no air conditioning in our condos. In fact, there are very few places on Beech Mountain that DO have air conditioning! That's because our temps rarely exceed 75 degrees in the summer and those cool mountain breezes keep our condos comfortable. That said, we did have an unusually warm July, tho still, our temps never... More

We stayed at the Pinnacle Inn - Unit 1113 - when we recently took a weekend trip to the NC mountains. This place is not the picture of luxury, but it's nice and a great value.
