16 of our friends stayed here during a food tour in Black Mountain. We all enjoyed our stay. Rooms were very clean and confortable and did I say clean? Sometimes price don't concern me as much as a clean room and I think I got both with this stay. Night shift staff were very nice and made us some fresh...

Really enjoyed our visit. New paint but dated decor. Doesn't matter. Folks were very cordial and professional. The room was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was between continental and full. Egg omelette , sausage and grilled waffles. Fruit etc. don't drink the juice, it was watered down. That's why it got 4 stars instead of 5.

Average stay. Older hotel. Rooms could use good cleaning but no issues with noise or obvious uncleanliness. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Antiquated check in and checkout - hand cutting receipts. Breakfast was ok but fairly small compared to Fairfield and Hampton breakfasts.

We stayed overnight while dropping our children off at a nearby camp. The hotel was clean, the pool area was very pleasant, beds were comfortable and shower was strong. Breakfast was the bare minimum and staff stopped stocking kind of early. There is not enough seating in the breakfast area. Staff is friendly and responsive. Overall, we would stay there...

This property is not perfect but the Asheville area has gotten pricy and this was the best I could get with my budget. I liked the size of the room, the bed and the breakfast. The location is close to Black Mountain. Our room had a view of the hills over a view of the gigantic Ingles supermarket. The toilet...

The room was very clean, pool very nice and clean - however, the night clerk could have used a cup of coffee or two, he wasn't in a very pleasant mood. When we checked out the next morning - the morning clerk was totally the opposite. Very friendly and joyous! I just wish the coffee provided in the room wasn't...

I want my money back. This was the most horrid, nasty and disgusting place. The odor of the room was unbearable. We checked out because this place was so dirty and we could not stand the odor. Do not stay here to visit Black Mountain.

This is such an exceptionally nice inn and so easily accessible, right off the interstate, Side by side with an unusually nice Wendy's and directly across State Road 585 from most elaborately stocked Publix I know of in any upscale resort town. Ibid to the Rite Aid Pharmacy, Starbucks Coffee and other shops that share the plaza! Our room and...

Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Microwave, refrigerator. I want my coffee in the morning, the coffee was instant (not to my liking). They had a good selection for breakfast. Easy check in, great staff. Located just outside of Asheville This is a nice place to stay away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough...

Stayed in room 142 it was filthy... toilet was gross, towels looked like they hadn't been washed and bedding was wrinkled. Room/floors smelt like a cigarette butt so bad that you didn't want to lay on your side while sleeping. The beds are hard as a rock and the AC never did cool the room. Breakfast was decent at least...
