My family including our 4 year old daughter spent an evening here, as we came to town to cut our Christmas tree. The room was ok, it could have been cleaner (Used tissues behind nightstand and white stains on the blanket under the bead spread, just gross). The worst part was music from a reception cranked up at 9:30pm, which...

On a two-day trip with my wife and in-laws, we found ourselves in need of lodging in Blowing Rock. Our first pick was a hotel on a fairly busy state highway that is currently under construction. It was also a bit pricey. We looked elsewhere, and were pleasantly surprised by the Meadowbrook. After mentioning the TripAdvisor booking rate, the clerk...

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was in close walking distance to the shops in the downtown area. I enjoyed my stay there. In my opinion Meadow Brook Inn offers great value and is close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. I would stay there again.

After the Chetola Resort changed their deposit policy to an outrageous $400 I scrambled to find another hotel during Labor Day weekend and was able to snag the last suite available at this resort. Location can't be beat: we were able to walk to the little downtown in less than 3 minutes and didn't have to worry about finding a...

We stayed in a suite and it was fun- nice balcony, kitchenette, and, down the spiral staircase, a private pool. It is shallow so a bit like a big hot tub- but great fun with a little kid and a little sitting area. Walking distance to town is sweet perk I never located breakfast- a bit odd

Our stay at the Meadowbrook was wonderful. We stayed in one of the suites which are more expensive. But they are really nice. Walking distance to the town which is great since parking is so difficult there. Breakfast could have been better and the coffee was awful. We had friends also staying in the main part of the Inn. They...

We stayed in Blowing Rock during our Blue Ridge Parkway road trip and were blown away! The town reminded us of a European mountain town, perhaps like those in Bavaria, southern Germany. The hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The pool nice and warm. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Not really too sure what else to say...

The staff was very helpful! The room was clean and quite spacious. The hotel is very close to Main Street, well within easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. There are lots of local attractions within an easy drive. Boone, Moses Cone Park, Tweetsie Railroad, A gem mining place, etc. I would have rated it a five, but we...

Situated right on Main Street, this hotel has attractive facilities at a good price. We only stayed one night, which was disappointing since it meant we didn't have time to enjoy the pool and other amenities; and we would have liked another day to explore Blowing Rock and Boone. (I'd suggest two nights in the area.) We liked everything about...

Have stayed here many times over the years and never been disappointed. Rooms and suites in main building are very well appointed with traditional furniture like high poster beds and are larger than the average hotel room. Rooms in the Annex are more modern with fireplaces and a few have small indoor private pools on a lower level that are...
