Rickey Kee was absolutely amazing. He took very good care of me at every meal. He is always positive and maintains a smile on his face, even if it's 7am. He needs a raise! He made it rememberable and deserves to be recognized for his hard work. ❤️

I stayed in this hotel for two nights to attend a conference. My favorite thing by far in the entire hotel was the customer service Rickey Kee demonstrated. He was always friendly and smiling his upbeat attitude helped me get through the work day.

Stayed one night at this hotel for a business meeting. Had a suite on the 7th floor with a nice view. The rooms are clean, big and have everything you need for a business stay or vacation. The layout appears to be an old Embassy suites layout. Rooms are all suites with open hallways overlooking the lobby. Although very spacious, the rooms need some updating. Had a conference at this location and was very displeased with the accommodations. The room is tired and worn out. The infrastructure in this hotel needs real attention, not just bandaids. My room had a few issues that I will share. The couch is stained (see photo). The blinds are torn and repaired with white duct tape. The mirror in...

This hotel has a great price and a good size room. The only downfall is the front desk staff is not very friendly or helpful. The kids loved the pool and it has a great gym abs wonderful breakfast buffet, bed and couch were comfortable, we enjoyed the extra room

I stayed at this hotel this past weekend for a business trip. It's fabulous! I love that all the rooms open to an indoor court yard. The staff was courteous. I was there for a meeting and the staff knew we had most of the hotel. As such, they did not care. Checking was horrible, very slow. Food at dinner and breakfast was weak. Charlotte has some great breweries but the hotel did not seize on that. No recognition as a silver member. High price and lots of apathy.

First visit to this hotel. They picked me up at the airport. Also took me to a local restaurant to eat with the hotel shuttle and picked me up. Nice service. Comfortable room. Shuttle to and from airport easy. Would recommend.
