The Grand Bohemian Charlotte was outstanding! I was in town for my Fraternity’s Grand Conclave and the Grand Bohemian did not disappoint. The front desk staff did an amazing job answering all my questions prior to my arrival and they certainly took great care of us while we were there. I would particularly like to recognize the outstanding service provided by following "Grand Performers" to include Emma, Sarah, Israel, Ash, Lauren, Lee, Andres, Tremel and James. Everything was outstanding from my pre-check-in phone calls to our actual check-in and their grace in answering all our many questions over the four days we stayed to a smooth and seamless checkout. They were impressive and they should be recognized for it—especially Emma and Lauren! Next, I would like to highlight your valet and bellman staff—they all did well—seamless service from me parking my car, downloading the car to getting my luggage to my room. While I cannot remember all their names over those 4 days, Malek, Will, Oscar and Terrence stand-out, but they all were great! Really appreciate the use of the car service as well, I had a meeting (dark suit attire required) at the Convention Ctr and one of the valet gentlemen got me there in your hotel car---saved me from walking in 98-degree heat!! Lastly, huge thanks to your food and beverage director, the service we received at Mico and Buho was unmatched. I think the young lady’s name is Christina, forgive me if I am incorrect, but she was marvelous. Shout out to your amazing chef in Buho and all the staff there such as the Buho “gatekeeper” at the elevator, the Buho attendants/security. I would like to highlight our servers, Olivia, in Buho, and Jasmine in Mico---they were extremely professional and always welcoming. Overall good experience. The hotel is very stylized emitting a fun atmosphere. The room was comfortable and the location was close to our weekend events. The only issue with the hotel is the elevators. They work off a computer and are confusing if you have not previously stayed there. It was amusing to observe all the customers trying to figure out how to get to their rooms.

We came for our daughter’s 16th birthday with several friends. Great experience checking in. Malek was fantastic with helping us get settled in. Beautiful hotel!!! We will be back for another special occasion! Charlotte uptown is always a good choice!

Had a 80 minute massage at the Poseidon Spa with Cristina! It was very relaxing and she helped a lot with the pain I had in my back. The customer service at the front desk was amazing! Everyone was kind and the space was very clean. And I would recommend these services for anyone!

I brought my wife to micro for brunch and had excellent service from everyone at the hotel especially the guys at the valet. Sergio and Kyle were very helpful in parking our car and making sure that we knew where we were going.
