We had absolutely zero complaints. Highly recommend this HH for anyone visiting the Charlotte area! We were upgraded preemptively as Globalists. The room and breakfast were both above average for a Cat 2 HH. It is in a very cute and safe part of town. Easy and well lit parking. All of the employees were kind and helpful!
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay @ Hyatt House Rea Farms. Staff was kind and helpful. Lobby was inviting and the exterior well lit. The room layout was great with furniture, closet, and bathroom placement allowing for maximum ease of use. Hyatt House is located in a great area with many choices for dining, shopping, etc.
My family stayed at this hotel for almost a month due to a broken pipe over the holiday season. The staff genuinely cares about their guest and it shows. Housekeeping is the best and very thorough with cleaning. The hotel is clean, inviting, and within walking distance to local restaurants. Even after our stay we were shown compassion. My daughter left her favorite bunny after we checked out and the staff stepped into action. Within an hour, I received an email saying to call the hotel because they found her bunny. Absolutely the BEST Hyatt Hotel I’ve stayed in. Keep up the great work!
I can’t say enough about this beautiful hotel. From the spacious, beautiful room — to the friendliness of the staff — the delicious complimentary breakfast every morning — it all made our stay top notch. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Charlotte.
Everyone at the front desk have been so friendly and helpful. As a Globalist, I was very impressed. Breakfast has been consistently good. Rooms and visting areas were very clean. I used the gym and laundry areas, these areas were very useful and clean as well.
We were welcomed by Walesa at the front desk and she was very attentive to every single detail during our stay, a wonderful hotel, beautiful appointed rooms and the whole staff was superb. Special commendation to the Manager Rashitta McGill.
Website states they are pet friendly. They are NOT! Hyatt House Charlotte/ Rea Farms is only dog friendly. Not cats or any other “pet”. After making a reservation in advance on the website that states pet friendly, I was turned away. I did leave part of my family to stay there. Since I was not sure how long it would take to find a cat friendly place to stay. Fortunately I just went across the highway to Hilton Garden Inn. I will say that the front desk person at Hyatt House said this is not the first time this has happened and front desk was very professional. Room was spacious and clean.
Had a great trip but the hotel had no activities for my grandchildren, they were bored. I had to pay for outside activities such as getting a pass at the local gym for them to swim and get in the hot tub The receptions was rude when I inquired about the amenities that the hotel offered that weren’t available.
Beautiful hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great breakfast options. Only complaints would be the occasional road noise and dog barking, and no indoor pool. Excellent value for money and would definitely stay again.
The front desk staff was super professional and sweet saying hello to her guest as they came back in while helping me. The place was super clean at every corner I turned, and the bed to the room was so comfortable. I almost wanted to extend my stay another day. Check in and check out was a breeze and the hot breakfast in the morning was an added bonus.
