Our experience with this hotel was wonderful! Our room was so nice and the airport shuttle service is the best! It runs 24 hrs and the shuttle driver is absolutely wonderful! Our flight didn’t get in until almost 11pm and we had to be to airport by 6am the next morning. We had no problems getting the shuttle at these times and the driver was so friendly and helpful. If I had to stay near the Charlotte airport again, this is definitely the hotel I would choose.

We came in around 9 PM, and were given a spotless, modern and very typical room, comfortable bed, etc. Front desk was attentive and pleasant. Because of it's corporate park location, there's absolutely no food nearby, so ate at the bar.
Two bartenders, 4 other patrons. But the service was distracted, half of the (Simple) menu was unavailable, and they still managed to lose our order. 45 minutes for a flatbread pizza? It would have been better to have eaten at the airport.

My sons and I had to stay near the Charlotte Airport for an early flight. I was very impressed with the staff and our accommodations. The door had a sticker indicating that no one had entered the room after it was cleaned which was great. Our room was quiet, very clean, and oh-so comfortable.
A week later, we were returning to Charlotte after a long flight. I wanted to stay there again but the price Hilton Reservations quoted me was higher, so I asked for something less expensive. I was offered a booking at Home2 Suites I-77. This hotel was disgusting and we left after I called the Hilton Garden Inn and got a room. I spoke to Linda, who was at the front desk. She was amazing! She apologized for our experience at Home2 Suites and "comped" us free breakfasts in the morning. My sons were happy and I was grateful to stay in an immaculate room! I will stay here again the next time I am in Charlotte.
P.S. I called Hilton Customer Care about the Home2 Suites I-77 and was assured that my complaint would be investigated. I anticipate a refund soon.

We called ahead to see if we could leave one of our vehicles in the parking lot prior to our check in and were told we couldn’t. When we checked in they still had banquet buffet tables with the serving warmers on the table and left over tea bags. They did not clean this up for the entirety of our 3 day stay. We specifically picked this hotel because they were still offering a hot breakfast. We arrived in the lobby at 7:00am for breakfast to find a line about 7 people deep and no one ready to prepare breakfast. Staff finally arrived to start getting the kitchen area ready, we had to leave because of a tight schedule, there were no to go breakfast bags ready. Unfortunately the new normal is if you need it, you must go to the front desk and get it. How hard would it be to leave extra soap, shampoo or towels? Or have the guest complete a survey of when they would like fresh towels and have them delivered to the room. This was a very disappointing experience, not worth the extras we thought we were getting. The shuttle driver was awesome, he was extremely courteous, professional and personable, he greeted everyone who walked in!

We booked some rooms and a meeting space for an event we were having in Charlotte and Jon was just an absolute charm to work with. He was extremely professional and easy going and helped make our very stressful business launch as easy as possible. The rooms were clean and sanitized and everyone we encountered at the front desk were very courteous and helpful throughout our stay. All our of event attendees raved about how beautiful the hotel was and how much of a great time they had. The staff was very attentive as they came in throughout our event and emptied the trash for us without being asked and made sure that we were okay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone with business needs.

I chose this hotel to guarantee that my mom, who needed to catch a shuttle to the airport on Sunday morning at 5:30 a.m. wouldn’t have a problem. This Hilton offers 24-hour, 7 days/week, shuttles. Peace of mind. We also got a much better rate than what’s listed only a few weeks after I made our reservations. I guess later in the season there are more travelers.
The reservation agent on the phone booked me a ‘snack room’, which I had never heard of nor requested, but that was okay. It costs extra for the first night and they select an assortment of snacks and drinks to put it n your room. I was able to exchange the ones I didn’t like.
The hotel and rooms are very quiet and being close to the airport it’s kind of a dead zone, meaning nothing happening outside but lots of park area to walk around. I would this hotel is focusing on the business or overnight traveler. It has an enormous lobby that’s broken into smaller zones. I did rely on their grill for dinner one night, and enjoyed hanging out by the patio fire pit in he warm NC evening.
Bed was a little firm and hard on my hips, but otherwise fine. Room was spacious for the two of us and there is a fabulous hole in the wall seafood restaurant, low country style, nearby (“Krustaceans”) that the front desk lady recommended. There is also a beautiful garden and pond next to the hotel pool with fun things to see like a fountain, frogs and tadpoles and other life.

I came to this hotel very stressed out and frazzled. I had booked a room at a Best Western about 15 minutes away and upon check in, realized I couldn't stay there due to how unsafe the location was. So, I ended up walking into this hotel at nearly 6 pm on a Friday night in June. They only had a few rooms left. The front staff was so gracious that they even found the cheapest option for me and honored my AAA discount. I was very impressed. We ended up on the first floor (which I normally avoid) but I was very happy that it was nearly silent all night long. I had issues with the AC unit at first and the front desk was super helpful. The next day, a delivery truck blocked me into my space and the hotel made sure to get them to move it right away. I was very impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. The only complaint I have is that there is no longer a continental breakfast. We ate breakfast the first morning and paid nearly $30 for something that would have been free a few years ago. Normally, I pack stuff for breakfast but because I had thought we were staying at a hotel with a breakfast, I wasn't prepared. The second morning we just had some snacks for breakfast. But, they are up front about breakfast costs, so I don't take issue with it. I just don't suggest purchasing breakfast from the hotel.

‘Ello chaps! Hilton Garden Inn is located a short drive from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, making it convenient to get to after or before a flight.
