Shower is fabulous, towels are fluffy Couch and bed are comfortable. Pillows are comfortable. One of the better lounges. Room has a good set up. I love getting my digital key prior to arrival, very convenient
They are currently renovating the hotel. The room we had was new and very well decorated and the beds were on point. The staff is exceptional from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. Above and beyond happy with our stay!
A very enjoyable time at this full service, prime location in south park, Charlotte. We enjoyed the pool with a grandson. Had a delicious dinner, albeit expensive, yet worth it for the convenience and service. Room was updated and clean bed comfortable. Interesting decor, that’s why we like the Renaissance brand.
Love the modern feel and the friendliness of the staff was fantastic. I was here on business but the overall experience was very homey. The SouthPark location was amazing. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance
The room and customer service was amazing! I will be staying here from now on when I visit the area! Front desk agent Omedia was very commentating. I definitely recommend that you upgrade to get Ckub Lounge access.
Lauren was caring, friendly, and helpful front desk staff member. We love the modern renovated room design and amenities. The thermostat was old and noisy when switching on and off. The room was clean.
My wife and I booked an overnight stay while I had business in the area. We were so impressed by the cleanliness, modern beautiful room, and amenities such as Aveda toiletries and Starbucks coffee in the room. I highly recommend this great hotel to anyone staying in Charlotte!
Classy gem in a great entertainment district at a reasonable price. Decorated beautifully for the holidays. Room was immaculate, really nice staff. It was a road trip stop but we enjoyed it so much that we are planning a little getaway to the area some time.
This is an awesome place to stay while you are visiting Charlotte, NC. From the very beginning we were greeted with a warm presence and smile from Lauren at the Front Desk. That was the start of a wonderful trip. The rooms are very modern with plenty of outlets to charge your devices. The furniture, which included a desk and diamond handled drawers, were clean. There was also a mini refrigerator in a hidden cabinet, as well as a hidden safe. The beds were comfortable, clean, and the feather pillows were very soft. In addition, the hotel is pet friendly. However, the only problem with the room was pet hairs. We met quite a bit of staff members during our stay and they were extremely helpful. Besides Lauren, we spoke extensively with Breasia in the reception/ check in area. She always had a smile, was polite, and always very helpful. Chase & Jessie were great in the bar & dinning area. We met Jessie the first day. She was so attentive to us while we ordered and waited for our meals. We learned a little more about Charlotte that day. We met Chase later on and frequented the dining area because of her. Her hospitality was extraordinary. She always made us feel welcomed, like we’ve been going there for years. She also makes AWESOME cups of Starbucks Brown Sugar Oat milk Shaken Expressos! We learned more about Charlotte from her too. We also met briefly Omedia one night at the from desk. She spoke to us about the schools, specifically the colleges and certain programs we could look into. Additionally, we spoke with Ricky, who was recently promoted to Director of Operations. He was nice and easy to speak to. He told us what he liked about Charlotte and why he relocated there. In addition, we spoke with Nay. She also had a lovely smile. Between her and Chase, we received different perspectives about NC. That interaction with them was quite pleasant; it was catching up with old friend. We all hit it off so well. Lastly, we had the opportunity to meet and speak with Tyler and Jake. We mainly saw them in the later part of the evening or night. They were helpful, pleasant, and humorous. They did not hesitate to assist anyway they could, especially when we had a poorly made, rushed dinner meal. We could immediately tell that the cooks in the day were no the same ones in the evening. The burger was grossly pink on the interior and seared on the exterior. The shrimp and grits were cold, and the grits were from earlier that day and reheated. My potato wedges were over-reheated and tasted burned. The Caesar Salad had no dressing on it nor on the side. Thankfully for Anthony, the manager, Leslie and the Accounting Team, I was refunded my cost without reservation. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and lasting memories. My family & I will stay here again.…
Such a beautiful hotel and room! I’ve never seen one so beautiful and so modern. Every inch of the room is amazing! The only two things missing were a little fridge and a menu to order up to the room. Other than that, perfect stay!
