Probably my favorite hotel in Uptown Charlotte. Very clean, well-maintained hotel situated on the main thoroughfare through the city, Trade Street. Excellent location. Nice rooms. Friendly, professional staff. Rooms are always perfect. Well-worth the price premium over other nearby hotels.

Zach M was very helpful and friendly. Made me feel very welcomed at the Marriott. The hotel experience was interesting. It is the first time that I was checked out 2 days in a row from a 3 day stay. The 2nd and 3rd day, I had to get new keys. Aside from that, the hotel was nice. Staff is friendly. Elevators take a little long.

We had a blast during our stay. The valet was incredibly friendly and the young man named nathan helped us with our bag. It was truly an exquisite stay. Can’t wait to come back and visit the beautiful city.

Good clean hotel with quality customer service. We arrived this afternoon and were checked in quickly and efficiently, the valet process was easy and ensured us our car would be safe. John brought our stuff up and was super friendly and even had insight on the city of Charlotte.

David and Jonah provided quality service. Upon arriving they were spot on in helping to unload our luggage from the car to the luggage rack. They transported our luggage to our hotel room unloaded and before leaving ensured that our ice bucket was filled! This required them to walk all the way back to the room near the elevator an back! This is above and beyond service!

Do not stay here if you want to sleep. Couldn’t turn the TV up enough to hear, but I could hear every noise in the hall, even a sneeze, and when a neighboring room closed their door in the middle of the night it woke me out of a sound sleep. Guess that’s why they have the TV’s set at low volume.

I stayed here for a quick business trip, and it was a great experience! The room was modern, clean and comfy. The valet, Tristen, helped walk me through the valet process, and was a big help! It was great to see the city, then land on the soft bed at the end of the day!

I visited the Charlotte Marriott downtown for a business trip and the service there was really good. Tristan at the valet parking was so friendly and helpful. Made parking really easy. I'd recommend this hotel as it's within close proximity to loads of restaurants and the staff are great.
