Chestnut Tree Inn is one of the good hotels to stay at in Cherokee if you are coming through Harrah's and you can not get in the main hotel. The staff greet you with old fashion kindness. If you ask for something they try their best to meet your standards. Coming to the Chestnut over the past year, I will...

Although from appearances this hotel seemed fantastic, it left us disappointed. There was not adequate parking for the amount of guests they were housing. Rooms are out dated and there weren't a lot of perks. Breakfast was good.

The rooms/hotel are a bit dated (I'm sure it's been remodeled at least a few times since it's start as a Holiday Inn in the 80's). The bathroom was very clean and the bed was good, too. The carpet should be replaced, but it did seem clean even though stained in places. The breakfast was fine since included (quite a...

This hotel was older but tastefully redone in cabin/mountain decor. Our room was great! Spacious, very clean, comfortable beds! Staff friendly & accomodating. . a nice plus since room was comped by casino. Free breakfast was good! Look forward to staying there next time.

We stayed here for a night. Was all we needed. A clean quiet place to stay. Short drive to shopping. Indoor pool was closed due to maintenance but that was ok. The breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

My stay was excellent at this facility. I received the utmost care and concern from the front desk staff. The house cleaning staff wanted to make sure at least two or three times on each visit that we had everything that was needed. They even left a few extra towels / wash cloths just in case it would be needed....
