I have to admit, I was questioning our camping choice when we pulled up here. To begin with, getting there was quite a wild ride. Our GPS took us down a gravel road! We were pulling a 5th wheel camper! Luckily, we decided to get back onto the main road. It was a good call, and we found the campground....

The park is clean and so kid friendly! A few times a day you may see a wagon ride with Yogi bear! Or a golf cart riding through the park with Yogi on it! The activities are great for the kids! The pool area is nice AND clean!!! Right by the river...so nice and peaceful!!! Will visit again if ever...

We stayed in cabin #91 during the week of July 4th. When we pulled into the campground that Saturday afternoon it was pretty hectic, and when we tried to check in our cabin was not ready yet ( I'm guessing because of the holiday crowd). We usually camp at state parks and I admit I was wondering if we had...

The only reason I did not give the full 5 stars is because they were not able to process Credit/Debit card transactions while we were there. Not necessarily their fault, but since we rarely carry cash anymore, we missed out on a couple of the extra activities that required an additional purchase. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the Restrooms...

Just stayed here in a lovely cabin. The campground is very nice with plenty to do. Right along side the river. The cabin was pet friendly, very clean, and was well equipped. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a sleeper cabin. We were able to bring our Yorkie with us. The camp store had everything we needed. There are plenty of activities going on to keep everyone entertained. We had some ants and they sent someone out with spray for us. We bought firewood and they delivered it to our campsite instead of making us...

We just returned home from an awesome short get away! All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Our cabin was very nice and comfortable. The only thing that I would suggest is putting at least eye hook locks on the screened porch doors. We had a hard time trying to keep my toddler from escaping. There were so many...

This was our first stay at a Jellystone resort. We had campsite 187 with a tent. Our tent is 12*16 with two rooms so we needed a larger site. It was plenty big for our tent, and all our supplies. The first night we were there it rained and poured, our tent stayed dry minus a little puddle near the...

We had a great time. The staff went over and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Great job entertaining the kids too. The cabin was spacious and beds were comfy. I agree with other reviewers that the floors could use a good moping and a little tlc with dusting, cleaning window seals etc...I also agree that the run...

We camped here four nights in our travel trailer. We missed being here over a weekend so it was not too crowded. It is a bit out of town and the road is winding and somewhat narrow. It is totally within reasonable to drive your travel trailer here as long as you pay close attention and drive probably a bit...

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and for staying with us during your recent visit to the Cherokee area. We do have limited cell phone service at our park, due to our location near the mountains. Many of guests enjoy this aspect though, as it allows them to 'disconnect' and enjoy nature. We do appreciate...
