We are a locally owned and operated location in the heart of Yadkin Valley Wine Country. We have recently updated 75% of our rooms completely. the Other 25% we only lack the new furniture. We have added New Bedding, New Mattresses, Coffee Makers, New Alarm Clocks, Irons and Ironing boards, Wall to wall Vanities outside the bathroom for more space and are striving each day to meet our guest request. When our guest speak we DO listen! Stop in stay the night and let us know how we are doing! Without you we aren't an US! And US is a Family.

When I made our reservations I spoke with Julie.She was friendly and so helpful. Check in and check out very easy and lady was so niceWe were very pleased with our accommodation on 1st floor. Very clean and had coffeemaker, refrigerator, and iron and hair dryer.We also had small sofa and lots of room.We were 2 miles from Shelton Vineyards and across the street from Coach's bar and grill and Dairy Queen. There is a light breakfast included but we didn't eat.WiFi was good. No frills but reasonable nice and clean

Great place to stop for the night or a few days if you are in the area. Convenient to the I-77. Clean, reasonably priced and comfortable, great king sized bed. Nice amenities. Little coffee maker provided and fixings for coffee. Small fridge with tiny freezer. Convenient parking right outside your front door. Light free breakfast available but unfortunately we did not take advantage of it, in a hurry to get in our way. Only negative I can say was there was a strong pungent odour of some sort when we entered the room. Smelled like a cleaning solution or possibly disinfectant spray or deodorizer which was bothersome and there was no way to open the window. It dissipated somewhat once the a/c was turned on but I suggest they use something else to clean or deodorize the room because the smell bothered us quite a bit but overall a pretty nice place to stay. Cheaper than the Hampton across the road.…

We really enjoyed staying at the Surry Inn. Mike was a great host , clean rooms and linens along with a great diner around back. Great location and friendly guests. We would stay again if traveling Hwy 77 in NC Charles & Susan California
