Nice clean room. Barry at the desk was very nice. It is an old style lodge with multiple buildings. Close to the highway but no big deal. fan noise took care of that. Breakfast ok. good location. Bed ok but not great. Parking was a little tight since they were full.

Booking the room was easy online although we should have asked for a room that did NOT face the highway. We stayed for 3 nights and both agreed that the mattress had good support for comfortable sleeping. The noise from the highway was annoying though, even with the A/C running night. We experienced the loss of hot water two nights,...

I stayed at this motel during a 3-day business trip to the area. I booked at this motel for the location and the lower than average price, which was appealing and also included an advertised continental breakfast. The outside of the motel looks like you might expect an economy motel to look - nothing fancy - but don't be discouraged...

We stayed here for one night. At first the outside looks a little questionable but I was happy with our stay. Our room had laminate flooring and tile in the bathroom. This just seems so much cleaner to me. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs gravy, biscuits, waffles, cereal and danish. Not bad for the money.

We stayed here one night on a 5 day college tour trip. I will admit, pulling into the parking lot, it looked quite sketchy. There were cars everywhere, loud music playing and people milling around in the parking lot. However, the rooms were surprisingly clean and comfortable. It did look like recent upgrades had been made. I didn't mind staying...

Outside was not looking so welcoming, however the room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good and plenty. Not disappointed with our choice. Location was also ideal.

Spent the night here with a friend as we were in town for The Who. It beat a three hour drive home, and met all our basic needs. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Television had an adequate number of channels. Could not successfully connect to the internet. As it was after midnight I did not pursue this issue and...

There is still some to go in upgrading this hotel to what you would expect from a Choice hotel, but it's clear they are working toward that goal. It did not appear that arrangements had been made to clear the parking for the ice storm, and it was a bit treacherous. The bedspread was probably fine for the summer months,...

We had a niece graduating from Duke Law and decided to attend her graduation at the last minute. With all hotels booked, we could only get a room at this Econo Lodge and thought we could sweat it out for one night and fly out the next day. WRONG! The first sign was scary as the reception area was locked...

A perfectly serviceable budget hotel with adequate facilities and clean rooms at fair prices. The continental breakfast is a sad joke, powdered eggs, instant coffee, grocery store pastries (and cheap ones at that). But given the low prices, I can't complain. Not a pretty or impressive hotel, but it is a clean place to sack out a night.

“Choose the top/second floor so you don't have tenant noise above you.”

“We came in after 11:00 pm. The parking lot was full and the place was quiet. There were many many work trucks there, and I suspect it was an early to bed, early to rise kind of place. No issues with noise. Coffee in the lobby was adequate. First floor will suit the older crowd better.”
