My family and close friend's family got together for a weekend of catching up and to celebrate Father's Day. What can I say but that Inner Banks Inn was the perfect place to do so... kid friendly with great food options and walking distance of downtown. All things came together for a weekend of good memories.

Property's Favourite Review
LOVED the Inner Banks Inn! The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfy. We stayed in the Charles Edenton Suite. The Inn is within walking distance to basically everything so the car stayed parked. The on-site restaurant was fabulous as well! Will definitely be back!

Great little waterside town. Inner Banks Inn is a multi-building property nestled right on a main by-way though this costal region in eastern North Carolina Easy check-in, very gracious hosts. Rooms have basic amenities, not any real “extras”. Decent bedding, mattresses etc. We had a room on the second floor facing what is a main thoroughfare. It was noisy, just no way around it. The owner very graciously relocated us for our second night, to a room in another building further from the main road. Huge difference! Much more peaceful. The breakfast was okay, nothing super special, pretty “bland” food, but it was served by kind people in a pleasant setting. Overall. A cozy spot in a nice town, Owner and staff excellent and service oriented. They are making upgrades and keeping a historic property alive and creating space for people to experience a homey place away from home.

I have always wanted to stay in a B&B and the Inner Banks Inn was an amazing way to start! My very dear friend and I stayed in the Queen Anne suite in The Pack House. Beautifully decorated, large room with a Spacious bathroom. The air conditioning was superb as it kept the room nice and cold, just how I like it. Loved the memory foam mattress on the extra large king bed. California King maybe? I enjoyed the antique decor of the large, warm and inviting lobby area. Lovely and cozy. The huge porches were divine for sipping coffee, conversation and relaxing. Exceptional breakfasts on the garden patio!! Or inside in the quaint cafe. The staff is VERY friendly and informative!! They know everything about Edenton and make excellent recommendations for touring. Town is certainly within walking distance, so I am happy that we could walk there with all the eating that we enjoyed. Darling little shops in town. We definitely contributed to the Edenton economy. We checked out where the other B&Bs were located in town and the Inner Banks Inn is a no brainer. I highly recommend and will return. A fine experience indeed♥️

We have stayed at the inn three times and recommend it highly. We do not usually stay at older Inns, but this is an exception. It gives the historic, cozy feeling and service of a B&B, but is large enough to provide a degree of privacy if you want it. We stay in the separate, adjacent building which has five rooms. Parking is very convenient. We always choose the Chowan room because it is larger than the others. The bathroom is particularly spacious. The air conditioner is quiet and keeps the room cool. The Flat screen TV is small but adequate. You can sometimes hear footsteps in the room upstairs, but that has not been a problem during our visits. We asked to change our room when we arrived, which was accommodated with no fuss or extra charge. The included breakfast was excellent with several options. Dinner was not served on the day we stayed. We would like to particularly recognize Amy, who gave excellent service at the checkin and breakfast. In addition, she very thoughtfully returned an article of clothing to us that we left behind.
