This past weekend we came to Edenton, my family home, for an 80th birthday gathering. Several of us decided that the Inner Banks Inn would be a nice spot. We weren't correct, it was the most perfect spot. Everyone was so gracious. The rooms were beautiful. And, the inn is lovely with attention to all details. We even enjoyed the...

A must for anyone visiting Edenton or the Albemarle area! The Inn is impeccably maintained, rooms and public spaces very well appointed, and the staff is charming, friendly, and extremely eager to exceed expectations! I am not a breakfast eater, which is a shame, because all the guests I met were RAVING about the amazing food. If staying in cooler...

My mother, sister and I went for a weekend getaway in Edenton. We booked a room at The Inner Banks Inn and were hopeful for a nice trip. Our expectations were exceeded! Everyone at The Inner Banks Inn was helpful and welcoming. The ambiance was just what we wanted with old wide plank floors and a fire welcoming us every...

Staff were so friendly and took wonderful care of us. Rooms were great. Our stay could not have been better. When in Edenton we will always stay at the Inner Banks Inn. We have already booked a return trip for our anniversary in April.

Our stay at the Inner Banks Inn was over Thanksgiving weekend and while we could have settled for a quiet weekend without festivities - we didn't have to. Our host Susan arranged for all of the guests to come together on Thanksgiving evening in the Pack House for appetizers and drinks and warmth in front of the 2 fireplaces. This...

This is just a lovely place, so hospitable, and in every way run so professionally. We were in spacious, quiet Room 3 on the second floor. We felt so comfortable in our king sized four poster and slept perfectly. We were able to take fun early morning walks in the Inn's neighborhood full of wonderful old houses - - and...

My wife and I visited Edenton for the first time and loved it. The Inner Banks Inn is absolutely wonderful. Susan and her staff were super attentive and polite. The food at The Table restaurant was awesome! The house was amazing. Treat yourself to an in-room massage with Wendy.

Very clean, friendly staff and great location! The convenience of having their restaurant, "Table" next door was a real selling point. Food there was excellent! Breakfast was delicious. Nice offerings, quick service in a relaxed unrushed atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Edenton is a historic, coastal town with lots of beauty and charm. The Inn is beautiful-comfortable and so inviting! It is an easy walk to the downtown and waterfront. I was particularly impressed with the staff. Each night a staff member cheerfully started a fire in the Pack House fireplace, and fireside was available on the dining patio. Large rooms,...

It is so nice to find such a clean, well run operation in a lovely historic waterfront town. Very comfortable bed and wonderful period furnishings made for a grand experience. The thoughtful staff even had hygiene products on hand when I needed them for my impromptu overnight stay.
