Had dinner there tonight. The dining room is an amazing historical display. The food is over and above in quality and taste. The service could not have been better. I will return and spread the word to others.

My wife, daughter, and her friend had an early dinner at Ellerbe Springs restaurant. the food was simple but really tasty. The service was very, very, causal and the plates, forks etc. were very causal. (You might want to bring your own plate, fork, knife and spoon). Also, calculate your own tab, twice the young man serving us miscalculated the...

My daughter and I arrived on a Friday afternoon for the wedding of my cousin. I have to say that this was the worst possible experience that we could have had. The owners of this Bed and Breakfast are very rude especially the wife. There is no type of guest relation, I had reserved 2 rooms for the rehearsal dinner...

Kimberly M. was designated as the wedding coordinator, yet did not make the effort to coordinate with the venue or staff. The use of kitchen and facilities is outlined in the rental contract, and was fully explained to the booking party (bride, groom and bride's mother) months in advance of event. Very nice setting out of town, but close to the Rankin Museum (best natural history museum in NC!) and the Town Creek Indian Mound State park. The hosts are gracious and helpful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and having the Spring House grill on the grounds is convenient.

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay and now their restaurant, The Spring House, is open for lunch and dinner with awesome pub style menu. We will be regular here. They are so nice and the breakfast is amazing too.

We stayed in the Inn for 3 nights while visiting my parents. With the 100-degree days every day, we were very grateful that the rooms were individually cooled. This is a beautiful, historic building, and Mark and Donna have furnished it nicely with their own furniture. The rooms also have their own bathrooms, which isn't always the case in buildings...

Beautiful rooms and awesome hosts! What a wonderful place to spend the weekend. Mark and Donna are great; loved walking the pond and seeing the land. Thanks Mark and Donna! Lovely kitchen where everyone gathers and coffee ready for those of us who get up really early. Have reservations for Halloween, can't wait!

Beautifully remodeled Bed and Breakfast. Amazing owners! Only 1 1/2 hours East of Charlotte and 2 hours West of Raleigh. Amazing value and it was money well spent. Can't wait to go back. Couldn't ask for a better way to celebrate Valentines Day.

Excellent Bed & Breakfast near Rockingham, NC. Stayed for thier reopening weekend and Valentines day. We had a great time. We stayed in room six which overlooked the pond and campground area. We stopped several times on our way to Myrtle Beach.Loved the food.Nice atmosphere and a great place to stretch.A shame that it has closed.The new Interstate didn't help I suppose.This happens.Owners can rest assured they served well.Last time we traveled that way was in 2008.Always made it a point to stop.
