We stayed at Candlewood Suites in Fayetteville for a short stay as we were moving into the nearby area. Upon our late arrival, we were greeted by welcoming staff to a clean, large room down a quiet hallway. We had an appointment to sign for our house in the morning and were worried about our timing for leaving the room, due to some of our party needing to remain behind. We requested a late checkout and were given an extra hour. In the morning during our signing, we realized we had left a necessary identification card back at the room. Unable to reach the other members of our party via personal cell phones, we called the hotel several times to patch through to the room. Candice answered at the front desk each time. We were unsuccessful in getting anyone in the room to answer the phone and on the next call I explained the situation to Candice and asked if she would kindly send someone to our room to instruct the other members of our party to contact us on our mobile phones. This request was met with polite professionalism and our signing appointment was able to proceed as we received photographs of the identification we had left behind. Without the willingness of the staff at Candlewood Suites, we easily could have lost time and money driving back to the hotel. Instead, they made us feel like welcome guests and Candice even welcomed us back as we returned to check out. We would happily stay here again in the future!
I booked this hotel through the DOD without doing any research. Typically the provided lists of hotels never fail to be anything less than great, this however, was not the case.
The young woman at the front desk with dreads is extremely rude, glares at guests, and does not acknowledge people nor greet them.
They only service the rooms once a week, so if I need new towels or the trash emptied I can carry a pile of dirty wet towels down to the front desk myself as if I was doing laundry in my own home or take the trash out like it was the night before trash pickup in my town.
The tub in the bathroom takes nearly 30 mins to drain, the shower curtain rod is falling off the wall, and the sink faucet water pressure is so weak it’s equivalent to a dribble. Attached are pictures of the tub 1/3 full of standing water with the drain completely unobstructed and fully opened after a 10 minute shower and the shower curtain rod on the verge of falling off
DO NOT STAY HERE! THE HITLON IS 200ft AWAY, GO THERE.

Thank you Mark for your feedback! We are glad that you made us aware of your issues, however we wish you would have brought it to our attention at the front desk instead of online. The repairs have been completed to your room, which was a simple fix. I have tried to contact you by phone, but received a voicemail. Please contact me by email at email@example.com so we may discuss further.
Stayed at this hotel because I was in town for a high school reunion. The rooms were clean and the ladies at the front desk were very nice and accommodating. They made myself and my friends feel welcome. I will definitely stay there again. The hotel is fairly new!!
I was there on business for 46 days, awesome staff!! The hotel was clean, friendly staff and very helpful. They always went above and beyond for me, even when I needed help starting the grill! Whenever I ran out of items the refilled them immediately. My only problem was with the business center, the printer never worked and we could not get I fixed. I highly recommend this place for business and for a family vacation.
This turned out to be a great location for our family and little furry friend. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here in the future. A breakfast is not included but Dunkin’ Donuts is less than 10 minutes away.
