Very dirty, rooms not properly equipped with adequate towels, no Kleenex, phone didn’t work. When I drive back to the front desk I was told they had no extra towels so they had to move us. The other room didn’t have adequate towels either & you couldn’t close curtains because they covered the AC vent. So I took towels from that room back to the first room. Breakfast was ok
If only I wasn't tired to go get breakfast lol . Everything else was lovely. Will definitely be going back. Price wasn't high at all. The pillows are comfortable. Nice views and the curtains block out the sun to sleep in longer .
No towels in the room and couldn't get any. Small roaches in the toilet. Entrance to the rooms from the parking lot was filthy, dried up milkshake was thrown at the door and cup on the ground. Carpet needs cleaning.
elevator took so long to come, they’re dirty in the inside , somebody pulled the fire alarm and it took 3 hours for them to fix it , dirty lamps ( very dusty ) bathroom was so nasty i couldnt even shower and roaches and bugs in the bed and hotel
Overall it was ok. Just some things the Ramada can work on like cleanness of the building. Calling a pest control to get rid of th roaches. Front desk was friendly and nice. A remodel hopefully in the future.
The saying...You get what you paid for is accurate here. The bed was hard but it worked. Bugs and roaches in room. Continental breakfast was a joke. We stayed out of convenance since meetings were there but the fast that this place is still operating as a meeting venue is disturbing. Also, don't allow maintenance to come in and fix anything with you not their or you might be missing a pair of underwear and who knows what else.
The worst hotel we have ever booked. We moved out after 3 hours. Roaches! Mold! Terrible disrepair! Lucky if they offer any towels in the room. Stains on the floors, furniture, linens. It was awful!
I stayed at the Ramada Inn in Fayetteville due to it being the chosen hotel on the wedding site I was attending. I wish I read the reviews before staying. The outside and inside reeked of a heavy weed smell. The halls were dirty and the facility needs a complete renovation. The parking deck is incredibly low and we witnessed what seemed to be a drug deal. Upon entering the room, I was greeted by a roach in the bathroom. I didn't have blankets on my but what looked like 3 sheets to form a blanket. The microwave and fridge were dirty, there was a red spill in the freezer. We arrived late evening after a long drive and were unable to switch hotels. I left the hotel to get something to eat, and came back to more roaches. The curtains were extremely thin and very outdated. I was able to switch rooms and it was better, but this hotel needs a big over haul. I was also double charged for the room which makes no sense, Once you authorize the card, there is no need to authorize it again for a different amount. I will say the location is good and centrally located to the mall and restaurants. Most of the staff were great and I wish I had gotten their names, because they really tried to make the stay better.…
This was the most filthiest Hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The stains on the sheets, bed skirts, carpet the walls. We wouldn’t even take off our shoes. Not sure what the white stains were on the bench. Called housekeeping and had them come change the sheets. This Hotel gives off the feeling of being in the move the shining. NOT EVEN KIDDING!!! On a positive note the staff is amazing!!
There was a Huge fight in the lobby. At least 20 people involved. All black folks fighting. The staff tried to break it up. The police came 3 squad cars!! They arrested a couple folks. Craziness in the lobby!! I won’t stay there again!! Peace out!!
