this is a very big hotel. We stayed on the sixth floor at the farthest end of the hallway from the lobby. It was a journey just to get to the lobby. The "secured" doors are often not locked. And many features of the facility look weathered. There'd be benefit from a major overhaul of facilities. Using the elevator from the sixth floor could be a challenge. There is no indicator on the floor of where the elevator is, a few times we just gave up waiting and went down the stairs. Staff at reception is generally friendly and tries to be helpful. Breakfast bags were generally high sugar and mostly missable. The printer in the business center was tough to use. Our room was spacious with a large bathtub, but lighting in the bathroom was pretty dim. In my experience, the price was fair.

This hotel screwed up my reservation I booked a king room and they gave me a double room still charging me the same price for it. The desk clerk barely wearing his mask down around his mouth. The room both beds had bed bugs in them and no one came to clean the room at all from Friday to Sunday. Got all bit up I highly not recommend this property. Staff which the whole weekend I only seen two check in clerks all weekend and they both were rude.

I had to stay here because I was working out of town and this is where my company put me, if I had the money to stay somewhere else I would have. As soon as I pulled up to go in to my room, when I opened the door to get out of my car I was almost knocked down with the smell of weed, the car parked next to us were smoking in the car in front of the motel (this is not a hotel) with all the windows down without a care in the world. Right across the street is a hospital so you hear ambulances and helicopters all the time. The room was disgusting, the carpet was dirty, there were crumbs and dust behind the night stand, black mold above the air conditioner, the curtains had holes all in them. The door to the balcony wouldn’t close completely. The hairdryer worked, but it was broken with a coil hanging out of it and the inside was cardboard. The freezer in the mini fridge was so frozen over there really was no room to put anything in it. The roof of the balcony was peeling and I was scared to even walk out on it.The pool was empty and looked like it’s been that way for awhile, I never saw anyone do anything to it in a week. Then to top it all off we were right next to a drive up covid testing site.

Went to visit family who were hosting a part at this hotel. The hotel was clearly beautiful at one point but they really let it go. Cockroaches in the hall way were the cherry on top. The pool which had beautiful pictures online wasn’t only empty but had clearly had all the tiles around the top chipped out.
