This hotel is horrifying. We checked in around 11:00pm. When I walked into the room, the only indication that it had been cleaned was the beds were made. The towels in the bathroom were disheveled, the bedding was stained, the shower was absolutely disgusting. There was a hole in the shower wall where a soap dish used to be, leaving exposed dry wall and mold. When we went to find ice, there were piles of trash and old appliances around the hotel. I can not believe this place had the audacity to charge 95 dollars a night. I did email corporate and I was told they would have changed my room had I told them there was a problem. The fact that this room was ever handed over to a guest as an acceptable place to stay is all I needed to know. I didn’t want to see what the rest

Bathroom in disrepair. Continued noise all night from above us. Hot water in shower was a huge problem. Management not available multiple times when we went to office. There was no one there multiple times. Worst room we have ever stayed in

This hotel was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. Checked into my first room and the bathroom walls were covered with mildew, no towels, pubic hairs on the sheets..to name just a few. I went to office to complain and the gentlemen” at the desk said “oh I’ll give you a better room with no upgrade fee”. Ummm how about just a clean room...see pictures below of the upgrade. Place is the biggest dump!

This place is a dump and should be shut down. THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWING COVID 19 GUIDELINES! Do not stay here. You will get sick. There are drunk people wondering around the hotel grounds, permanent residents I assume since there hotel rooms have welcome mats and children’s toys in front of them. The room was unclean, smelled like smoke, no towels, no soap, I could go on and on. Just trust me, don’t stay here!

Nasty, nasty, nasty. They do not clean the rooms, they do not wear masks, there are cockroaches, black mold and broken appliances in the room. We last about 1 1/2 hours there and ran away, fast!!! There is a bunch of hotels 3.3 miles south down I-95. We paid $25 more and stayed at the holiday inn express.. WAY better. Avoid!!!!!
