Why didn't Mr. McLean or anyone else contact us after we notified staff of the blood on the mattress and floors, make-up on our "clean" handtowel, and lots of dirt and fur on the furniture and floor? When we asked to speak to Mr.McLean he refused, then he never attempted to contact us for 2 days. We didn't speak until we asked him to be present at checkout.
