My husband and I brought our daughter and her cousin on a weekend in which the area was snowed in. Despite being short on staff as well as customers the entire staff that was here was very gracious and helpful. I'd like to call out Kristen, young lady that was always kind enough to turn on the water slide and...

This was a spur of the moment trip to Asheville with my family (wife and teenagers). All budget hotels we called or via internet in Asheville were either booked full or over $250 per night per room! And, we needed three rooms for two nights. Can't recall how we heard about Cascades Mountain Resort but so glad we did. It's...

I reserved this hotel for my son, daughter in law and grandson to stay New Years Eve and New Years Day. They are from way up north and came here for the long weekend to celebrate New Years. The lobby is impressive, really well done as is the pool area. However, the pool area is very dark - lighting could...

We just spent two nights here and would return for sure! It is an older hotel that has undergone refurbishments and there are still little things they could do to update but overall it is really nice for the price. Make sure to bring shampoo/conditioner but other than that your stay should be very enjoyable!

We reserved here based on the pics on the intranet, it is nothing like advertised. It is very outdated, it is dirty, many long hairs in the tub. Bed are not comfortable, the layout does not flow. The breakfast was horrible. Overall I would never stay here again. Way too much paid for the value

Our family has stayed at a lot of hotels during our travels and we don't tend to be too picky, but this hotel straight up lied about what kind of hotel they were. We paid $145 with taxes, and it is the same quality as a $50 motel. They advertised they are a 3-1/2 star hotel, but this is not...

I really want to give this place 5 stars, but there are a couple things holding me back. Let me start off by saying that this trip was a last minute, quick little vacation that came about from a Groupon sighting. The people on this trip were two 26 year old girls, my 6 year old, and myself. The positives...

The idea behind this hotel remodel is really awesome. They took a defunct property; enclosed it; built an entire lounge, pool (with a wicked water slide) and spa area. Which also contains a bar, cafe and restaurant. They took the time and effort to make the enclosure beautiful! Vaulted roof line, stack rock waterfalls, columns and walls. Take a seat...

Read reviews prior to booking and took both good and bad with a grain of salt. I remember this property years ago when it was sitting abandoned and covered with graffiti. We stayed 3 nights Thanksgiving weekend. Check in was eas and staff were very friendly. Even had cookies straight from the oven waiting. The pool and hot tubs were...
