    We stayed at Big Lynn Lodge, our first trip to North Carolina, and had a wonderful time. The view is wonderful the food is great the people are very friendly. Would definitely go back again. Reasonable rates breakfast and dinner included, nice and inviting atmosphere.

    Superb, rustic, mountain top location, with mom and pop atmosphere. Property is older but very well kept and maintained by excellent staff. Breakfast and evening dinner are part of the room rate and the meals were home style, breakfast is as ordered, no buffet style....More

    Several rooms are pet friendly including small dogs. We have visited several times taking our 4 pound Yorkie with an extra charge of $20.00 per stay. We have not been to Emerald Village but understand it is within a few... More

    There are no hairdryers in the rooms, but if you ask at the front desk, they have some you can borrow. The same goes for the iron & ironing board.
