In other hotels I have stayed in I had to ask for clean towels but not here.
Every day the dirty towels were removed, the bed made and new towels placed.
The breakfast was good and very filling. Toast, muffins, bagels, eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit to name a few. The waffle maker was easy and made tasty waffles. The grounds were clean and although it is next to I26 it was quiet. Priced very reasonable for a week’s stay while trout fishing the area streams and visiting family. I will definitely be back.

Perfectly fine place to stay when in the Asheville area. Parts of the facility are aging but the rooms are nice and clean and the place is generally well maintained. The staff is lovely. The young man who checked us in, along with Michelle and Leah, all were really nice. The breakfast includes both hot and cold items. The coffee machine in the breakfast area was better than at most Comfort Inns - it even made espresso! There was a night light in the bathroom, which I always value. We used the washer and dryer on site. The dryer did not work at all - and after I tried running it 4 times I mentioned it to the front desk and they were kind enough to allow us to use the hotel’s industrial dryer so that we could have clean dry clothes when we left. No frills here but it was fine.

The floors are hardwood which I love because you don’t have to worry about spilling any liquids. The bedding with the comforts are comfortable. The work out room as really old weight gears but they do have tredimille and bikes. The staff are great as well.

Have stayed here over the past 15 years(i think) many times . Always friendly staff and nice rooms
Have changed room floors since i last stayed but could upgrade the bathrooms no towel bars or towel holders only the floor for towels. 42" flat screens a great upgrade over the regular 32s normally in a room
This trip about 2 weeks in the area. Very convenient to Asheville, johnson City and beautiful parts of western nc. About 14 miles to wolf laurel sking.
Price reasonable

Difficult to find. Keep driving up the hill past the abandoned buildings and cement plant. The hotel is at the top of the hill. Despite being close to the expressway, we didn't hear any traffic noise. The beds were nice and firm. Pleasant receptionist. Everything was clean and working. Continental breakfast with sausage egg biscuits you can heat in the microwave. Very good coffee. I would recommend this location, and would stay here again. Short drive to many restaurants.

The room was clean but the housekeepers don’t have an eye for detail. The walls and bathroom door just need to be wiped down routinely. The breakfast didn’t offer much at all but maybe that was due to Covid 19 I’m guessing. But what really impressed us, starting with her welcome when we arrived, was Jamie, their front desk employee. She was extremely helpful and ready to do whatever she could to make our stay better. She is definitely an asset to Comfort Inn.

The hotel is very clean. Desk staff (Kim B.) was very attentive, helpful and friendly. I've never written a review, but have to acknowledge excellence! Had a restful sleep in a comfortable, clean room.

Clean facility, nice workers, easy on and off highway. Disappointed on site laundry is not working. Staying for a month while working and not having laundry facilities is a huge inconvenience. Would have been nice if they could let you know when booking for extended stay. The location is nice close to Asheville making shopping easy.

My husband and I have been here 2 weeks now and are very satisfied. Service and staff are excellent. They work very hard keeping this place very clean. Breakfast is good and warm. Beds are very comfortable. Housekeeping comes by everyday which is amazing.
