My room was clean and it is not a new motel, however on each visit I did notice improvements had been made on property.. It is privately owned, with the owners onsite. They have been nice to me while I have stayed there on three different occasions. Unsure of service question, if you have a special need please call and ask them if they can accommodate you. Lastly if you want a ultra modern location with with lots of bells and whistles expect to pay twice as much and more to stay in Mt. Airy area.
