We stayed here for my son's wedding in the area. We needed accommodations that allowed our dog. Very happy with the room and cleanliness. We were first greeted by Lana who was extremely friendly and informative about the area. Adequate parking for my oversize SUV in front and back. Parking between the cottages and motel is tight for larger vehicles. I'd only recommend it for loading and unloading. Then move to the front or back. The motel is very well maintained and kept clean. No onsite restaurant, so that's when we met Cheryl. Who gave us the low-down on places to eat within walking distance. Due to Covid, there's no daily room cleaning. But you can get reloaded with supplies by going down to the office. That's when we met Ira. Just went down to ask for one thing and she made sure that we had enough towels and sundries for my family of four. Thanks to Lana, Cheryl, and Ira for your hospitality!!

I was pleasantly surprised by this motel for the price. We booked for 3 nights back in March before everything got super expensive for summer. Our room was very clean, during check-in and check-out the staff was very helpful, and I really liked how I could see the ocean from the 2nd floor balcony of the motel and from certain angles out my window. It is pet friendly which I really appreciated and had a small refrigerator and microwave which really came in handy. The shower was pretty small with limited area to put things but this is not meant to be a super luxurious place. Proximity to the beach was perfect all you have to do is walk right across the street. We had a great time and would stay again in the future!

Stayed here one night for a friend's wedding at the pier across the street. $168/night was already highway robbery for the crappy room we got. Mattress on a bare metal frame (like a camp cot), dirty tile floor, not a picture on the wall. The ceiling in the bathroom had been leaking before we got there, but the desk clerk told us it was fixed. It continued to leak. We were unable to use the shower. The desk clerk offered to move us to another property or refund our money. We chose to stay there since we were only staying one night anyway. Have been trying to get my money back for a month. First they said it would show up in a few days, then they said they had already refunded me, now they will not return my calls.

My husband and I booked this place for our anniversary and I can honestly say I’ve never been more disgusted with a place. The bathroom door didn’t shut and the toilet ran the entire time we were there, needless to say we didn’t sleep much, but that wasn’t even the worst part. I didn’t realize that cockroaches came with the stay. We had to play exterminator to numerous bugs including cockroaches the size of my thumb, sewer flies and mosquitoes. We ended up cutting our stay short by two days. When I asked for a refund for those two days the woman behind the desk wasn’t able to process the refund. I was told management was at another property and would call when they got in. Unfortunately, I missed the call and when I called back I was told they would only refund one of my days. I’m assuming they couldn’t refund my other day because they needed to pay for a professional exterminator. Thanks for ruining our anniversary! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

I reserved a room with this hotel a month in advance and received confirmation from the hotel via email twice. We drove over 3 hours to get to the hotel at the exact check in time and we're told they didn't have a room available because they overbooked. They then changed their tune when we complained and said they didn't have record of our reservation even though we showed proof of the emails. Very rude staff and inconsiderate on a weekend where all other hotels were booked. I would never stay at this inn or advise anyone to take a chance with how we were treated.
